One of the best spaces in the MEDITERRANEAN, We at Maximus Coquetel provide services there and it was amazing, with non-alcoholic drinks for children and teenagers and also cocktails for adults.

Como de praxe foram ótimos na comida, que estava muito boa e servida com fartura. Queríamos que nossos convidados fossem bem servidos e esse ponto foi muito bem atendido, recebemos muitos elogios e todos disseram que “não aguentavam mais comer”. Porém alguns pontos impediram que meu evento fosse perfeito:
1) O cardápio que contratamos incluía espumante como Welcome Drink, no documento que assinamos do planejamento de festa a bebida estava inclusa porém no meio da festa fui informada pela minha assessora que o buffet não serviu a bebida. Isso foi uma falha bem grave! Não recebemos sequer um pedido de desculpas do buffet por essa falha e nunca ficamos sabendo o que ocorreu.
2) Banheiros: Resolvi entrar lá no meio da festa pra ver como estava e foi outra decepção, estava imundo, com muita água em cima da pia e no chão, a caixinha com os itens de toalete toda respingada e o cestos de lixo cheios.
3) Serviço: O combinado e assinado no planejamento de festa foi servir apenas o jantar e sobremesas no ponto de buffet e no dia da festa somente as bebidas e a salada foram servidas nas mesas, nem o bolo passaram servindo, o que gerou uma fila horrível nos pontos de buffet, em vários momentos da festa.
4) Mobiliário: A informação que tínhamos era que as mesas quadradas de madeira seriam montadas com cadeiras estofadas de madeira e as mesas redondas com cadeiras tiffany, o que possibilitaria acomodar mais pessoas visto que ocupam menos espaço e não queríamos utilizar o mezanino para os convidados pois foi alocado para o Espaço Kids. Somente na semana da festa fomos obrigados a redistribuir as mesas (fizemos mesa marcada) de forma a reduzir 3 mesas, pois "não iria caber". No dia do evento não tinha nenhuma cadeira tiffany, todas eram as de madeira estofadas, o que diminuiu os espaços de circulação, pois as cadeiras de madeira ocupam muito mais espaço.
I got married in Mediterraneo – Espaço Conselheiro on 10/11/21.
As usual they were great with the food, which was very good and served in abundance. We wanted our guests to be well served and this point was very well attended, we received many compliments and everyone said they “couldn't take it anymore”. However, some points prevented my event from being perfect:
1) The menu that we hired included sparkling wine as a Welcome Drink, in the document we signed for the party planning, the drink was included, but in the middle of the party I was informed by my advisor that the buffet did not serve the drink. That was a very serious failure! We didn't even receive an apology from the buffet for this failure and we never heard what happened.
2) Bathrooms: I decided to go in there in the middle of the party to see how it was and it was another disappointment, it was filthy, with a lot of water on the sink and on the floor, the box with the toiletries all splattered and the trash baskets full.
3) Service: The agreement and signed in the party planning was to serve only dinner and desserts at the buffet point and on the day of the party only drinks and salad were served on the tables, not even the cake served, which generated a queue horrible in the buffet points, in several moments of the party.
4) Furniture: The information we had was that the square wooden tables would be assembled with upholstered wooden chairs and the round tables with tiffany chairs, which would make it possible to accommodate more people as they take up less space and we did not want to use the mezzanine for the guests because it was allocated to the Kids Space. Only in the week of the party we were forced to redistribute the tables (we made a table) in order to reduce 3 tables, because "it wouldn't fit". On the day of the event, there were no tiffany chairs, all were upholstered wooden ones, which reduced circulation spaces, as wooden chairs take up much more space.
