Como descartaram que era um problema de software, já que o erro acontecia tanto no Windows como no Linux, disseram que iram testar as peças do computador para achar o defeito. Enquanto o computador estava lá, liguei para saber como ia a investigação e me explicaram o que já tinham feito e o que ainda iam fazer. Meu computador voltou após uma semana e sem apresentar nenhum defeito. Recomendo muito essa loja, é a melhor nas redondezas.
 I found the service to be excellent. My computer started to have freezing errors where only reconnecting was possible to solve, so I took it to this store. As they ruled out that it was a software problem, since the error happened in both Windows and Linux, they said they would test the parts of the computer to find the defect. While the computer was there, I called to see how the investigation was going and they explained to me what they had already done and what they were still going to do. My computer came back after a week and without any defects. I highly recommend this store, it is the best in the area.

I was at the company taking my desktop for repair and I was positively surprised with the agility in the service, budget transparency and fast execution of the service, in addition to the quality of it. The price was fair and I was very well assisted by Igor, who proved to be an excellent professional. Now, any repair of my desktop and notebook has the right place, as trust in this type of service is essential. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje de tarde, no dia 25/04/2022, na BUGOU porque meu computador não estava dando vídeo. Chegando lá, fui atendido pelo Igor que, desde o começo, demonstrou ser muito educado, competente e atencioso.
Por fim, resolucionou meu problema - que era o conversor de vídeo problemático vga p/ hdmi - e ainda tirou dúvidas minhas por boa vontade. Dito isso, deixo aqui minha recomendação para a BUGOU por essa experiência agradável que tive com este colaborador.
I went this afternoon, on 04/25/2022, to BUGOU because my computer was not showing video. Arriving there, I was attended by Igor who, from the beginning, proved to be very polite, competent and attentive.
Finally, it solved my problem - which was the problematic vga to hdmi video converter - and still cleared my doubts out of goodwill. That said, I leave here my recommendation to BUGOU for this pleasant experience I had with this collaborator.
