I like the materials of the Builder's House and in any state I get there is one, but unfortunately in the Aracaju unit the service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! mau atendimento, pessoas sem educação, confusas apenas seguem regras descritas, sem exceções, não procuram solucionar o problema do cliente e ainda por cima fazem o cliente trabalhar por eles e cobram por serviço não prestado.
Horrible! poor service, uneducated, confused people just follow the described rules, without exceptions, do not seek to solve the customer's problem and on top of that they make the customer work for them and charge for services not provided.
