★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO. O local me cobrou $1 a mais por eu pagar no débito e mais $1 pq era pra entrega. A saca de cimento de $43 foi pra $45. Além da arrogância da caixa.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The place charged me $ 1 more for paying in debit and $ 1 more was for delivery. The $ 43 cement bag went to $ 45. Besides the arrogance of the box.

Muito transtorno para enfetua uma troca de produto que por via das dúvidas e algo simples de ser solucionado. Porém o proprietário do estabelecimento e uma pessoa bastante atencioso mas infelizmente não é o suficiente para que isso não venha acontecer.
Bad customer service? Untrained and poorly educated employees and the owner of the establishment too inguinorate to deal with the public. Much inconvenience to effect a product exchange that just in case and something simple to be solved. However the owner of the establishment is a very attentive person but unfortunately it is not enough for this not to happen.
