★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo da recepção. Além de pedirem documento, até aí tudo bem, mas exigir que tiremos a máscara para foto eh errado.!!!!! Se o prédio tem esse protocolo, está errado e não pode exigir isso dos visitantes. Não me deixaram subir pois me recusei a tirar a máscara para foto, mesmo tendo entregue o documento. A administração deve rever isso imediatamente, pois nos tempos atuais eu, neste momento, os considero assassinos. Não podemos aceitar tais imposições absurdas. Complemento com foto da recepção onde exige a máscara. Incongruência total....
 Poor reception service. In addition to asking for a document, so far so good, but demanding that we take off the mask for the photo is wrong.!!!!! If the building has this protocol, it is wrong and cannot demand it from visitors. They wouldn't let me up because I refused to take off the mask for the photo, even though I delivered the document. Management must review this immediately, as in present times I now consider them to be murderers. We cannot accept such absurd impositions. Complement with photo of the reception where the mask is required. Total incongruity....
