Não aluguem não compre nunca apto lá. Maior problema. Perguntem aos moradores e verá ! A síndica entra nos aptos na hora da limpeza. Tem varias queixas dela na delegacia de Brotas, a delegada disse que esse edifício já é conhecido por tantas queixas e audiência que marcam ela se esconde. Para não receber e assinar a intimação. A delegada disse que vai a trás dela que a justiça é feita. ! Eu disse Eu não acredito que realmente a Lei no Brasil não serve pra nada. Prendam essa ladra e é tentadora assassina. Ela fazia Cruz de giz na garagem dele. Eu sou a prova que vi. Arranhava o carro dele. De Seu Mario. Apto 207 e 101 ele Vendeu depois de trinta anos morando lá e outro ele alugava. Essa mulher é psicopata. Ela roubou todas as MINHAS COISAS NA GARAGEM. 13 caixas de super valor. Dei queixa mas a delegada disse que ela manda dizer que não mora no prédio. Batem o telefone na cara. Eu vou derrubar esse prédio. Vou colocar no Jornal a tarde na primeira página. SÍNDICA DORA LADRONA , e tentativa de assassinato. Alguns funcionários antigos deram queixa também. Por mal tratos. E falta de respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administração do prédio presta um péssimo serviço de manutenção e atendimento. Inclusive escutei diversos relatos de outros moradores sobre a administração ser controlada por um grupo de pessoas que desvia dinheiro do condomínio, relato que parece alinhada com a situação do prédio. Não são feitas reuniões, não existe comunicação com os inquilinos / moradores.

É bem ventilado.
A maioria dos Aps são mobiliados.
O prédio é um pouco velho porém em ordem.
Os valores de aluguel São os mais baixos da região.
O condomínio é um preço a baixo da média pois ainda oferecem serviço de camareiras todos os dias.
Garagem com controle e tbm recepcionistas.
Enfim.
Na minha opinião serve muito bem.

It's well ventilated.
Most Aps are furnished.
The building is a bit old but in order.
The rent values are the lowest in the region.
The condo is a below average price as they still offer maid service every day.
Garage with control and receptionists as well.
Anyway.
In my opinion it serves very well.
