Vizinhança desrespeitosas, sons altos, muitas brigas com gritos e palavras de baixo calão, porteiro tenta tirar fotos de documentos de identidade no ato da retirada de encomendas da portaria, não garantindo o sigilo das informações!
 A lot of theft related to elected administrators, blown sewage, sewer boxes placed next to the "drinking water" cisterns, with high risks of contamination. Disrespectful neighborhood, loud sounds, many fights with screams and slang words, doorman tries to take photos of identity documents when picking up orders from the concierge, not guaranteeing the confidentiality of information!
