★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente vista, apartamentos enormes, piscina doce e salgada, sauna, deck, trampolim para o mar....,mas o edifício é antigo e está um pouco degradado, sem o cuidado que o prédio merece.
Cheio de burrocracias e mímimis, se preocupam mais com os costumes do que com o conforto dos moradores e eficaz nos gastos.
E o síndico, é síndico há mais de 20 anos... Haja amor e dedicação, né?
Great view, huge apartments, sweet and salt pool, sauna, deck, trampoline to the sea .... but the building is old and a bit run down, without the care that the building deserves.
Full of burrocracies and mímimis, they are more concerned with the customs than with the comfort of the inhabitants and effective in the expenses.
