★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral bom empreendimento, próximo a muita coisa, bem localizado, próximo ao mar, porém as coisas lá não funcionam muito bem, elevadores antigos e que as vezes quebram e demoram a voltar a funcionar, a piscina as vezes fica interditada, mas num contexto geral, vale a pena morar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já gostei bastante! Hoje está largado , pouquíssima manutenção, elevadores mau cuidados e infelizmente alguns não contribuem para modernização dificultando muitas vezes o bom andamento da administração impedindo assim a execução de serviços básicos como água da Compesa...triste! ?
