The place is nice, but the button on the fifth floor of the service elevator has been useless for almost a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um edifício bem prático, com entrada e saída para duas avenidas. Elevadores que funcionam com agilidade. Bem localizado, mas não possui estacionamento para visitantes. Os carros dos visitantes são estacionados nas ruas próximas. Possui lojas e opções de alimentação no térreo e uma recepção ampla e confortável.
It is a very practical building, with entrance and exit to two avenues. Elevators that work with agility. Well located, but no visitor parking. Visitors' cars are parked in nearby streets. It has shops and food options on the ground floor and a wide and comfortable reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício bem antigo. Possui 3 elevadores, 1 estacionamento e alguns estabelecimentos comerciais de todos os tipos. Vai desde loja de roupas até materiais para consultório odontológico. As salas sem ser do térreo são minúsculas e possuem banheiro próprio. O predio fica de frente para o tropical shopping e tem uma parada de ônibus em frente.
Very old building. It has 3 elevators, 1 parking lot and some commercial establishments of all types. It ranges from clothing store to dental office supplies. The non-ground floor rooms are tiny and have their own bathroom. The building faces the tropical shopping and has a bus stop in front.

The problem is the bathrooms are only on the ground floor if you don't have them in a room you will have to go downstairs to do your needs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um prédio comercial normal. A localização é boa, fácil de achar, fácil acesso a parada de ônibus. No andar térreo há lojas variadas (comida, produtos odontológicos, tecnologia, turismo...) e também uma recepção. Mas quase nunca vi ninguém nessa recepção e vc só chega, pega o elevador e entra. Mas o que dá nervoso é mesmo elevador. Pense num negócio que se treme todinho quando funciona. Pode até ser que seja seguro, mas vc não se *sente* seguro nele. Fico feliz toda vez que ponho o pé pra fora dele.
It is a normal commercial building. The location is good, easy to find, easy access to the bus stop. On the ground floor there are various stores (food, dental products, technology, tourism ...) and also a reception. But I almost never saw anyone at this reception and you just arrive, take the elevator and enter. But what really makes you nervous is the elevator. Think of a business that shudders when it works. It may even be safe, but you don't * feel * safe in it. I'm happy every time I step out of it.
