★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu cachorro para aparar o pêlo( estragaram o pêlo do meu cachorro) e quando o meu cachorro chegou em casa pelaram meu cachorro,cortaram o pêlo dele todo.Ficou curtíssimo e não fizeram o que eu mandei ,é um absurdo.
I left my dog to trim the fur (they ruined my dog's fur) and when my dog came home they peeled my dog, cut his hair all over. It was very short and they didn't do what I said, it's absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super mal atendida no pós venda, pois não fiquei satisfeita com o tamanho da tosa da minha cadela e quando questionei o proprietário desligou o telefone na minha cara e mandou ir pegar meu dinheiro de volta! Nunca passei por isso, pessoa totalmente mal educada! Acho que temos que ser atendidos bem principalmente quando não satisfeitos, afinal, é o direito que nos assiste!!!
I was very poorly attended to after sales, as I was not satisfied with the size of my dog's shearing and when I questioned the owner, he hung up on me and told me to go get my money back! I've never been there, totally rude person! I think we have to be served well mainly when not satisfied, after all, it is the right that assists us !!!
