É um estabelecimento bem completo, tem quase tudo que eu procurei para meus pets (um cão e um gato). Tem uma variedade boa de brinquedos, acessórios, remédios, rações, suplementos alimentares, procedimentos cirúrgicos, castração, vacinas, banho, tosa, etc.
Quanto ao atendimento não tenho do que reclamar, sempre me atenderam super bem seja pessoalmente ou pelo WhatsApp. Um diferencial é que eles realizam entrega de produtos e para fazer procedimentos na clínica tem carro para buscar com um preço bem acessível.
Contando um pouco da minha experiência: minha cachorra teve cinomose em maio e teve acompanhamento com o Dr. Dionísio, fez vários procedimentos, ele tentou todas as formas possíveis para ela melhorar e deu tudo certo, ela se recuperou sem ficar com nenhuma sequela. Em outubro de 2021, ela apresentou problemas de saúde novamente, fiz os exames necessários e atestou que ela estava com piometra, infecção uterina, desta vez minha cachorra foi atendida pelo Dr. Thiago, muito atencioso, me tranquilizou quanto aos procedimentos da cirurgia que ela iria ter que fazer e facilitou o pagamento. Ela fez a cirurgia necessária, ocorreu tudo bem, e no momento que escrevo está em fase de recuperação. O médico me passou todas as informações para uma boa recuperação e estou seguindo tudinho.
Seu Moraes, dono do Pet, também merece ser mencionado... ele é uma figura! Sempre procura deixar os clientes confortáveis e bem atendidos, é bastante comunicativo e sabe cativar os clientes.
De todos os Pet Shops e Clínicas que passei, esta sem dúvidas foi a que melhor atendeu minhas necessidades. Super recomendo! Eles tem o preço bem acessível em comparação a várias clínicas que fiz orçamento, tanto em procedimentos clínicos como em medicamentos.

It is a very complete establishment, it has almost everything I looked for for my pets (a dog and a cat). It has a good variety of toys, accessories, medicines, rations, food supplements, surgical procedures, castration, vaccines, bathing, grooming, etc.
As for the service, I have nothing to complain about, they always served me very well, either in person or via WhatsApp. A differential is that they deliver products and to carry out procedures at the clinic, they have a car to pick up at a very affordable price.
Telling a little about my experience: my dog had distemper in May and had a follow-up with Dr. Dionisio, did several procedures, he tried all possible ways for her to improve and everything went well, she recovered without any sequelae. In October 2021, she had health problems again, I took the necessary tests and confirmed that she had pyometra, uterine infection, this time my dog was attended by Dr. Thiago, very attentive, reassured me about the surgery procedures that she would have to do and facilitated the payment. She had the necessary surgery, everything went well, and at the time of writing she is in the recovery phase. The doctor gave me all the information for a good recovery and I'm following everything.
Mr. Moraes, owner of Pet, also deserves to be mentioned... he is a character! He always tries to make customers comfortable and well attended, he is very communicative and knows how to captivate customers.
Of all the Pet Shops and Clinics I went to, this one was without a doubt the one that best met my needs. I highly recommend! They are very affordable compared to several clinics I've budgeted for, both in clinical procedures and medications.
