Unfair service! Delivery man arrives at delivery doesn't ring the bell and still thinks it's bad with us about making a complaint! How do you do it for those who live in the back house? And they even canceled my delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumamos pedir hambúrguer, o Texas nosso preferido. Hoje ligamos pra pedir hot dog, preço bom e uma delícia. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque a entrega realmente demora, tanto pelo ifood quanto pelo aplicativo deles. Por isso temos preferido retirar no local pra viagem. Fizeram uma boa reforma no local, além de amplo está mais organizado. Na região da Lagoinha e Ribeirania, com certeza a melhor opção de lanches. Recomendo!
We usually order hamburgers, Texas is our favorite. Today we call to ask for hot dog, good price and a delight. I just don’t give 5 stars because delivery really takes time, both if ifood and their app. So we have preferred to withdraw on the spot for the trip. They did a good renovation in the place, besides ample it is more organized. In the Lagoinha and Ribeirania region, certainly the best snack option. I recommend!

Espeto de frango veio cru, ao pedir para voltar para a grelha a funcionária inclusive comeu o espero cru e visivelmente achou ruim o nosso pedido, no começo do atendimento disseram apenas ter um espeto de frango com bacon, mas magicamente após esse acontecimento, surgiu outro espeto e deixaram queimar muito, gostaria de pensar que foi acidental, mas...
Outra observação: Pedi uma porção de pastéis de queijo, chegou porção mista, ao questionar, a funcionária alegou que nao existe porção de um sabor só, o que não foi informado ao realizar esse pedido e no cardápio consta da seguinte forma inclusive: queijo/carne/misto. Para não gerar outra situação constrangedora, fui até o caixa para falar sobre os pastéis, sobre essa questão do cardápio e a pessoa no caixa, disse que provavelmente eu não fiz o pedido corretamente, oq me lembro de ter feito certo sim, nunca peço pastel de carne e sempre estou habituada a pedir porções de pastel de queijo. Nisso a funcionária que realizou o pedido chegou e ficou afirmando que eu fiz o pedido errado. Foi uma situação horrível.
Resumindo: foi uma situação extremamente desconfortável. Se você estiver disposto a comer espeto cru ou ouvir funcionários falando mal e reclamando de você, então é um bom lugar. Caso se importe com um serviço de qualidade e ser tratado com respeito, não recomendo de maneira nenhuma.
Today I had a bad experience, the first time I went to eat there, I always ordered delivery.
Chicken skewer came raw, when asking to go back to the grill, the employee even ate the raw skewer and visibly thought our order was bad, at the beginning of the service they said they only had a chicken skewer with bacon, but magically after this event, another one appeared skewer and left to burn a lot, I'd like to think it was accidental, but...
Another observation: I ordered a portion of cheese pastries, a mixed portion arrived, when questioning, the employee claimed that there is no portion of just one flavor, which was not informed when making this order and the menu includes the following: cheese/ meat/mixed. In order not to create another embarrassing situation, I went to the cashier to talk about the pastries, about this issue of the menu and the person at the cashier said that I probably didn't order correctly, which I remember doing right, yes, I never order pastries of meat and I'm always used to ordering portions of cheese cake. Then the employee who made the order arrived and kept saying that I made the wrong order. It was a horrible situation.
In short: it was an extremely uncomfortable situation. If you are willing to eat raw skewers or listen to employees badmouthing and complaining about you, then this is a good place. If you care about quality service and being treated with respect, I don't recommend it at all.
