★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bela surpresa. Um dos melhores chesseburgers de Vix hoje em dia. Gostei da simplicidade, ponto da carne e do atendimento. Único porém, que é uma coisa que tenho com a maioria das hamburguerias daqui do Brasil, é o pão: deixa um sabor adocicado em destaque no conjunto da obra. Mas recomendo pra quem gosta do simples bem feito.
 Beautiful surprise. One of Vix's best chesseburgers nowadays. I liked the simplicity, point of the meat and the service. Only, however, which is one thing I have with most hamburgers here in Brazil, is bread: it leaves a sweet flavor in the whole of the work. But I recommend it to those who like simple well done.

Primeiro o motoboy arrumou uma confusão com o porteiro do nosso prédio, que já recebeu centenas de pedidos sem qualquer problema. Ao recebermos, o pedido estava errado. Pedimos da Burger and Fries e recebemos da Frango Mania!! Liguei para a Burger and Fries e a atendente foi "zero" simpatia: o problema é do motoboy da Americanas. E mandou eu reclamar com eles. Tipo assim: foi como se eu não tivesse comprado o hambúrguer, mas sim o motoboy!
Ponderei que o pedido tinha sido feito com eles, e ela então me mandou reclamar com o motoboy. Entendo perfeitamente que há uma série de terceiros envolvidos no processo, mas o que mais me irritou foi a preguiça da atendente. Nada era culpa deles, tudo era dos outros. O lanche pode até ser bom, mas a experiência foi horrível. Não recomendo e nem uso mais!
Bad experience. We placed an order through the Americanas application and it was a nightmare. First the motoboy made a fuss with the doorman in our building, who has already received hundreds of orders without any problem. When we received it, the order was wrong. We ordered from Burger and Fries and received from Frango Mania!! I called Burger and Fries and the attendant was "zero" sympathy: the problem is with Americanas' motorcycle courier. And he sent me to complain to them. Like this: it was like I hadn't bought the hamburger, but the motorcycle courier!
I thought that the order had been placed with them, and she then sent me to complain to the courier. I fully understand that there are a number of third parties involved in the process, but what irritated me most was the laziness of the attendant. Nothing was their fault, everything was theirs. The snack could be good, but the experience was horrible. I don't recommend or use it anymore!

Os sanduíches são bons, começam ocm R$18 (hambúrguer) e chegam a R$25. O cheesebacon sai por R$20, com blend de carne de 180g, que você escolhe o ponto. O bacon é realmente crocante.
A batata frita custa R$9 (200g-250g), o refrigerante R$5 (lata) e a cerveja, R$9 (long neck).
A maionese deles é bem saborosa, mas catchup, apesar de ser servido na embalagem da Heinz, acho que não é da marca (era doce e claro demais para ser Heinz).
