Hoje tive uma péssima experiência com a franquia, fui servido com um burguer totalmente frio, o bacon parecia ter saído direto da geladeira. Total descaso com o cliente, fiquei totalmente insatisfeito.
 A franchise with the status of large, renowned, should have and maintain the excellence of its products.
Today I had a bad experience with the franchise, I was served with a totally cold burger, the bacon looked like it came straight from the fridge. Total disregard for the customer, I was totally dissatisfied.
