 I placed an order at 18:00 and now it's 20:00 and so far it hasn't arrived, they hung up the phone. How disrespectful to the customer. They see the msg on WhatsApp but do not respond. McDonald's arrive soon in Parnaíba please

passei para comprar um milkshake de Doce de leite, que é maravilhoso, inclusive recomendo.
Porém na hora não estavam aceitando cartão, somente dinheiro.
O fator triste é os cupons, serem aceitos no Br todo menos aqui.
Amo BK, porém deixaram a desejar em PHB.
I'm a visitor from Sorocaba SP,
I went to buy a Dulce de Leche milkshake, which is wonderful, I even recommend it.
But at the time they weren't accepting cards, only cash.
The sad factor is the coupons, being accepted in Br everywhere but here.
Love BK, but left to be desired in PHB.

Sometimes the service takes a long time to serve but when it's fast, the snack comes too neat, it's always good to go to bk!
