Decepcionado..
Leve para justiça que um cliente reclamou do lanche e do atendimento e vc ao invés de melhorar ficou nervosa ! Kkk
Veio falar de desconto e essa palavra nunca foi citada, mas pela reação, atendimento não dela, mas do responsável no momento e pelo lanche errado, deveria distribuir lanche de graça ao invés de desconto .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, ninguém vem até a mesa lhe perguntar se deseja algum molho para acompanhamento, muita fumaça na frente do local, a mesma invade um pouco a parte interna. Esperava mais sabor no lanche.
Bad service, nobody comes to the table to ask you if you want some sauce to accompany it, a lot of smoke in front of the place, it invades the interior a little. I expected more flavor in the snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrado, esperamos um longo tempo o lanche da minha irmã e meu cunhado veio com a porção de batata separado e muito bem servido, a minha porção e o da minha esposa veio na mesma bandejinha do lanche com as batatas fritas e enxarcadas de óleo. Eu tive que pedir p jogar fora e esperar mais um tempão pelas batatas e quando veio foi só uma porção, tive que novamente falar com o garçom q disse q eu tinha que ver lá dentro... Nunca mais volto... Quando abriu o atendimento era muito melhor... Péssimo atendimento...
Frustrated, we waited a long time for my sister's snack and my brother-in-law came with the portion of potato separated and very well served, my portion and my wife's came in the same tray as the snack with the chips and oil dripped. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local estava sujo (mesa suja, frascos de condimentos sujos de alguma coisa preta), lanche gelado, bacon duro quase não dava pra mastigar. Meu lanche prometia cebolas crispy , veio UMA onion ring. Demorou mais de vinte minutos tinha apenas nossa mesa. Perguntei se havia outra opção pra refrigerante sem ser de lata, me informaram que não, porém um tempo depois uma pessoa pegou um refrigerante de 2 litros dentro do estabelecimento . Já estive outras vezes no local, mas para comer lanche essa foi a segunda vez e infelizmente de 2016 pra cá mudou muita coisa, pra pior.
Place was dirty (dirty table, jars of condiments soiled with something black), cold snack, hard bacon I could hardly chew. My snack promised crispy onions, came ONE onion ring. It took over twenty minutes to have just our table. I asked if there was another option for soda other than a can, they informed me that they did not, but a while later a person took a 2 liter soda inside the establishment. I have been to the place before, but to have a snack this was the second time and unfortunately from 2016 onwards it has changed a lot, for the worse.

O preço é um médio um tantinho alto que varia de 18,00 a 36,00 dependendo do lanche, mas se tratando de um lanche com hambúrguer artesanal se encaixa ao preço. Porém, houve alguns desagrados como o lanche chegar relativamente frio à mesa, e com o sal um pouco em excesso no hambúrguer o que causou um pouco de decepção, comparado a outras vezes que eu ja comi la.
The place is good with options to sit inside or outside the establishment. The price is an average a little high that varies from 18.00 to 36.00 depending on the snack, but when it comes to a snack with handmade hamburger, it fits the price. However, there were some disagreements as the snack arrived relatively cold at the table, and with a little excess salt in the hamburger which caused a bit of disappointment, compared to other times that I have already eaten there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem, 11/08/17. Atendimento é péssimo, em comparação com a última vez que fui em 2016, piorou muito. Acho que deve ter mudado de dono.
Pontos que me incomodaram:
- O cardápio não tem foto do lanche, quem não conhece os lanches, não sabe como será o pão.
- Havia um cara que não parava de espirrar lavando a louça.
- Os funcionários conversavam gritando entre si, criando um ambiente desconfortável.
- O ambiente do local que já não é agradável, piora pela existência de uma geladeira, dessas de bebida, vazia e com as divisórias jogadas dentro dela, logo na porta de entrada, passa a sensação do lugar estar largado.
- Nas conversas deles escutávamos um zombando do outro, falando que a batata sairia so no dia dos pais, falando que comeu um queijo azedo.
- O lanche demorou 22 minutos, sendo que haviam apenas 3 comandas com o chapeiro.
- quando o lanche chegou percebi que o pão estava úmido em cima
- a batata frita estava oleosa, parecida com quando fazemos em casa com oleo soya velho e sem estar na temperatura ideal.
I went yesterday, 08/11/17. Service is terrible, compared to the last time I went in 2016, it got worse. I think it must have changed owners.
Points that bothered me:
- The menu has no photo of the snack, who does not know the snacks, does not know how the bread will be.
- There was a guy who kept sneezing doing the dishes.
- The employees talked screaming among themselves, creating an uncomfortable environment.
- The ambience of the place, which is no longer pleasant, is worsened by the existence of a refrigerator, one of these drinks, empty and with the partitions thrown inside it, right at the entrance door, the feeling of the place is left untouched.
- In their conversations we heard one another mocking the other, saying that the potato would come out only on Father's Day, saying that he ate a sour cheese.
- The snack took 22 minutes, and there were only 3 commands with the chapeiro.
- when the snack arrived I noticed that the bread was damp on top
- the fries were oily, similar to when we make them at home with old soya oil and without being at the ideal temperature.
