Atendimento exemplar do recepcionista Christhian Lucas, muito atencioso, paciente, soube explicar como funciona o totem para escolha dos lanches, além de demonstrar muita educação durante o atendimento.
Tempero do lanche e montagem excelentes, carne ao ponto, muito suculenta e macia! Cebola caramelizada muito gostosa também.
Maionese caseira e molho barbecue de boa qualidade.
Batata frita bem crocante por fora e macia por dentro.
Diferenciais: água com gás no formato refil, isso me surpreendeu e agradou muito, além de chá gelado refrigerantes e limonada Suíça também no formato refil.
Sobremesa tem mini chursos recheados com doce de leite, que são fritos na hora, vem uma boa quantidade e são bem saborosos.
Recomendo demais!
I highly recommend it for several reasons:

Homemade mayonnaise and good quality barbecue sauce.

Differentials: sparkling water in refill format, this surprised and pleased me a lot, in addition to iced tea, soft drinks and Swiss lemonade also in refill format.
Dessert has mini chursos stuffed with dulce de leche, which are fried on the spot, come in a good amount and are very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela 2a vez que fui com minha filha, só temos elogios a fazer do lugar, apenas dois comentário a fazer da carne, que poderiam colocar no cardápio que maneira gostaríamos que fossem fritos (mal passados, ao ponto ou bem passados), e o hambúrguer de frango, poderiam ser feitos de filés de frango bem fininhos, ao invés de ser hambúrguer de frango processado, igual a esses comuns.
Adorei as batatas fritas feitas na hora, sem falar no free refil das bebidas, e o ambiente gostoso e tranquilo, bom atendimento e com o repertório de músicas maravilhosas. Voltaremos em breve e com certeza recomendo 100% a todos que gostem de hambúrgueres. Preço justo e serve bem para todos os tamanhos de fome, rsrs.
For the 2nd time I went with my daughter, we only have compliments to make about the place, only two comments to make about the meat, which could be put on the menu how we would like it to be fried (rare, medium or well done), and the hamburger of chicken, could be made from very thin chicken fillets, instead of being processed chicken hamburgers, like the common ones.
I loved the fries made to order, not to mention the free refills on drinks, and the pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, good service and the repertoire of wonderful songs. We'll be back soon and I definitely recommend 100% to everyone who likes hamburgers. Fair price and fits well for all sizes of hunger, lol.

Pedimos hamburguer de carne que estava muito gostoso, bem temperado e o smash bem feito.
Comemos tbm o hambúrguer de frango, esse já não agradou tanto.
Ambas as batatas fritas são bem gostosas e achamos a palito melhor

We ordered a beef burger which was very tasty, well seasoned and the smash was well done.
We also ate the chicken burger, this one didn't like it so much.
Both fries are very tasty and we think the toothpick is better.

The buns were cold. The Veggie burger was cold.
The beef patty was good (not great). The onion rings were good. Milkshake good.
All... Good. Just not great.
