★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou no meu horário de almoço a mais de 1hr esperando o lanche, passou 30min da previsão de entrega e até agora nada, desrespeito! Primeira e última vez que pedi nesse lugar, nunca mais!
I am in my lunch hour more than 1hr waiting for a snack, 30min past the delivery forecast and so far nothing, disrespect! First and last time I asked in that place, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou quase duas horas para chegar. Liguei no lugar e me disseram que o Rappi faz propaganda enganosa de tempo e distância e que já reclamaram várias vezes com eles, sem resolução. As vezes o restaurante é do outro lado da cidade e o Rappi faz parecer que é do lado.
It took almost two hours to arrive. I called the place and I was told that Rappi makes misleading advertisements for time and distance and that they have already complained to them several times, without resolution. Sometimes the restaurant is on the other side of the city and Rappi makes it look like it is on the side.

Primeiro pedido e fazem isso. Péssimo. Zero comprometimento com o cliente.
They don't deliver the snack, they don't respond to whatsapp and they say that the order came out but it never arrived. And it is just a few meters away from my house.
First order and do that. Terrible. Zero commitment to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvida é um lanche diferenciado. Porém falta mais sabor. Por se tratar de uma proposta mais artesanal, o sabor só ficou com o paladar de ok. Nada mais. Não trocaria uma pizza muito bem feita por um lanche deste experimentado. Mas te potencial. Desde que pense em aprimoramento.
Without a doubt it is a differentiated snack. But more flavor is missing. Because it is a more artisanal proposal, the flavor only got the taste of ok. Just it. I wouldn’t trade a very well made pizza for a snack like this one. But potential. As long as you think about improvement.
