e não atendem a ligação pra dar um posicionamento, nem respondem quando você cobra uma satisfação. Depois de 2:18 minutos, cancelei o pedido feito pelo watsaap, sem mais resposta deste estabelecimento, lamentável.
All very tasty, fair price, plus delivery always delays delivery, I've waited 2 hours for delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse restaurante fica bem pertinho da minha cada, sempre que saio um pouco da vida fitness, como os sanduíches artesanais e beirutes. Acho um bom custo benefício do que eles oferecem para o que cobram, tem sanduíches a partir de RS 8,0, já tive um problema com uma entrega que não foi realizada, mas eles solucionaram a situação, enviando no outro dia o lanche de graça, fiquei bem satisfeito com a atitude deles.
This restaurant is very close to my each one, whenever I get out of my fitness life, like the handmade sandwiches and beirutes. I think it's a good cost benefit of what they offer for what they charge, there are sandwiches from RS 8.0, I already had a problem with a delivery that was not made, but they solved the situation, sending the free snack the other day , I was very satisfied with their attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, total descaso com o cliente. Demorei 30 minutos para fazer meu pedido com apenas 4 pessoas na minha frente (na fila). Ao chegar no caixa, fiz meu pedido em menos de 1 minuto.
Se acabasse por ai, ótimo, mas meu pedido ficou pronto e não me chamaram, peguei meu pedido depois de 10 minutos após ficar pronto (atendente me passou essa informação). Comi um lanche frio com batata frita gelada.
Resumindo: minha experiência como cliente foi extremamente PÉSSIMA.
Sincerely, total disregard for the customer. It took me 30 minutes to place my order with only 4 people in front of me (in line). When I arrived at the checkout, I placed my order in less than 1 minute.
If it ended there, great, but my order was ready and they didn't call me, I took my order after 10 minutes after it was ready (the attendant gave me this information). I had a cold snack with cold fries.
In short: my experience as a customer was extremely TERRIBLE.
