★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente em uma Live que estava assistindo, pedi que mostrasse roupa masculina por várias vezes e não fizeram e diziam que iriam mostrar... eu reclamei e com isso se sentiram no direito de me BLOQUEAR nas redes sociais.
Gostaria de saber se é esse o tipo de atendimento que eles tem?
Deveriam melhor atender as pessoas, principalmente em redes sociais, onde ela nos dá o direito de fazer isso que estofazendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começou mto bem. Mas avaliações pagava -se um preço bom, as peças da loja eram mais baratas ... Agora está tudo mais caro, tem MTA coisa que não compensa, quase o mesmo preço de uma nova. Estao pagando uma mixaria nós lotes de roupas. Era o melhor brechó de Campinas, mas caiu no meu conceito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento online quanto presencial é péssimo, fiz uma pergunta a vendendora e ela foi responder com "não está mais a venda", ela nem me ouviu, não respondeu minha pergunta é óbvio que estaria acabado 1 dia pra responder uma pergunta.
Falta treinamento pesado, se está tendo uma demanda tem que haver contratação, tem que existir um padrão de atendimento com foco em redes sociais, e loja física.
Infelizmente na loja a vendendora não tem vontade de vender principalmente se você for perto do horário de fechar, recomendo que não vá.
Os donos tem que melhorar muito a percepção de missão, visão e valores da da sua loja.

As vendedoras são péssimas e mal educadas ….
Fazem extinção de pessoas …a moça que fica no caixa FÁBRICIA sempre arrogante mal educada , já me maltratou várias vezes eu e minhas filhas , estupida com ma vontade , não serve pra trabalhar com pessoas não ! Não indico a mais ninguém , várias pessoas me avisaram mas agora não ponho mais os pés ! Pior lugar não recomendo !
