Ao chegar a garçonete já falou que não tinha o anel de cebola sendo que foi uma das primeiras pessoas a chegar .....
Ao fazermos o primeiro pedido demoraram 50 minutos para me entregar 3 lanches e detalhe não tinha chegado nem a porção de batata frita na mesa ....
Bom, fiz o próximo pedido de mais 3 lanches e aiiii mais 50 minutos para entregar, contudo desistir e foi embora ... Tudo muito demorado experiência péssima não indico para ninguém.

When the waitress arrived, she already said she didn't have the onion ring and she was one of the first people to arrive.....
When we placed the first order, it took 50 minutes to deliver me 3 snacks and detail had not even arrived on the table....
Well, I made the next order for 3 more snacks and there it took another 50 minutes to deliver, but I gave up and left... Everything took a long time, terrible experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Staff service was very good, but the rodízio was disappointing, the minis hamburgers only came with bread and the delay was disappointing.

Burguitos has the best snack in Bebedouro. The meat is tender and juicy, deliveries always arrive quickly and with that sensational flavor.

A primeira pedi o lanche tempo médio para entrega 1h40m se passaram 2 horas liguei no estabelecimento e eles simplesmente esqueceram de levar meu pedido para a cozinha, demoraram mais 40 minutos para o lanche chegar e perguntei se eles poderiam me oferecer algo pelo transtorno que tive e a única coisa foi que poderiam tirar a taxa de entrega. Hoje dei mais uma chance, pedi meu lanche 18h30, tempo médio para entrega 1h20m, 19:50h nada do lanche, liguei a moça informou que estava com o motoqueiro.... passaram 20 minutos e nada do meu lanche, liguei de novo ai ela falou que houve um problema com a maquinha de cartão o entregador teve que voltar lá e já estava vindo entregar meu lanche, meu lanche chegou 20:20h a maquininha não lia meu cartão alimentação tive que pagar com o meu cartão de crédito por aproximação, a coca cola estava quente, a batata frita estava fria murcha e com gosto de óleo velho.
Péssimo atendimento nunca mais peço lanche lá porque sei que imprevistos acontecem mas eles não tem nenhuma consideração de dar algum desconto ou quando o entregador foi trocar a maquininha eles deveriam ter coloca outra batata e não deixar vir uma que estava rodando a mais de meia hora. BURGUITOS BEBEDOURO PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!!
2 bad experiences! The first one I ordered the snack average time for delivery 1h40m 2 hours passed I called the establishment and they simply forgot to take my order to the kitchen, it took another 40 minutes for the snack to arrive and I asked if they could offer me something for the inconvenience I had and the only thing was that they could take the delivery fee. Today I gave it one more chance, I ordered my snack at 6:30 pm, average delivery time 1:20 am, 7:50 pm no snack, I called the girl she informed that I was with the biker.... 20 minutes went by and no snack, I called again there she said there was a problem with the card machine the delivery man had to go back there and he was already coming to deliver my snack, my snack arrived at 8:20 pm the machine did not read my food card I had to pay with my credit card by approximation, the coca cola was hot, the fries were cold withered and tasted like stale oil.
Bad service, I never order a snack there again because I know that unforeseen events happen but they don't have any consideration to give some discount or when the delivery man went to change the machine they should have put another potato and not let one that had been running for more than half an hour. BURGUITOS DRINKER BAD SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajamos 25 km pra experimentar o falado rodízio de mini hambúrguer artesanal do Burguitos em Bebedouro. Um local muito agradável de ficar, ambiente e clima aconchegante e até um bom atendimento.
Contudo tudo muda quando se pede um rodízio. Logo ao chegar a garçonete já nos impôs os tais limites: 100 gramas de batata frita, 100 gramas de cebola crispy e três mini lanches do cardápio por vez por pessoa, até aí tudo bem, porém vc perde a fome pela paciência, chegamos as 20:30 e os três primeiros mini lanches foram chegar na mesa as 21:10; quarenta minutos pra chegar três mini lanches, assim que chega vc pode pedir mais três, o que resulta em mais quarenta minutos. Enfim, dos onze mini lanches que tem no cardápio eu comi 6 e desisti. Fui embora e me senti decepcionado por gastar 90 reais fora o deslocamento em 12 mini lanches, 6 pra mim e 6 pra minha esposa, 1 l de guaraná Antarctica e 1 copinho de sorvete, não esquecendo das porções de entrada.
Talvez eu volte algum dia pra experimentar um lanche de verdade, que vendo na mesa do lado parece muito bom, pq pelos mini lanches vc não experimenta e come só pão, pq o recheio colocado não é suficiente pra diferencia-los, até agora procuro o cheddar do tal lanche kkkkk.
Concordo que é tudo artesanal e trabalhoso, mas se vc quer vender um produto seja qual for, tem que ter estrutura pra atender a demanda, ainda mais não sendo barato.
We traveled 25 km to try the popular homemade mini burger rodízio from Burguitos in Bebedouro. A very nice place to stay, cozy atmosphere and even good service.
However, everything changes when you ask for a rotation. As soon as we arrived, the waitress already imposed such limits on us: 100 grams of french fries, 100 grams of crispy onions and three mini snacks from the menu per person, so far so good, but you lose your hunger for patience, we got to 20 :30 and the first three mini snacks arrived at the table at 21:10; forty minutes to get three mini snacks, once they arrive you can order three more, which results in another forty minutes. Anyway, of the eleven mini snacks on the menu I ate 6 and gave up. I left and felt disappointed for spending 90 reais on 12 mini snacks, 6 for me and 6 for my wife, 1 liter of guaraná Antarctica and 1 cup of ice cream, not forgetting the starter portions.
Maybe I'll come back some day to try a real snack, which on the table next to it looks very good, because for the mini snacks you don't try it and just eat bread, because the filling placed is not enough to differentiate them, so far I'm looking for the cheddar of such snack kkkkk.
I agree that everything is handcrafted and laborious, but if you want to sell a product, whatever it is, you have to have the structure to meet the demand, especially not being cheap.
