Não dão muita importância clientes, principalmente se inadimplente ou desistente de lotes. Não faço mais negócio com essa empresa. Só há uma colaboradora muito atenciosa no atendimento presencial, ela se interessa em resolver a situação do cliente, mas outros não estão nem aí!
Lousy phone service, a phone that doesn't exist and another that calls a lot and only answers after so many calls. They do not give much importance to customers, especially if they default or give up lots. I don't do business with this company anymore. There is only one employee who is very attentive to face-to-face service, she is interested in solving the client's situation, but others don't care!
