★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cheguei lá por volta das 16:00 da tarde, a atendente mal educada, mal deu boa tarde estava me empurrando para ir embora colocando dificuldade dizendo que o sistema estava encerrado, eu precisando resolver um problema simples , consegui chegar até o atendente a loja vazia 3 atendentes demoraram uns 5 minutos pra chamar quuando fui atendido o atendente não sabia de nada, não conseguiu me responder nada, dizia as respostas dele era ´´eu acho´´ pedi pra falar com o gerente não deixou disse que o gerente não faz atendimento ao público. não recomendo péssimo atendimento e o pior é o da recpcionista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei as 17:30 esperei 50 min para o atendimento que não aconteceu, a gravação as 17:50 falava que era o 1 e pra aguardar a ligação , desisti. Pense em um lugar sem profissionalismo. Não foi a primeira vez.
I called at 17:30 and waited 50 min for the service that didn't happen, the recording at 17:50 said it was 1 and to wait for the call, I gave up. Think of a place without professionalism. It was not the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificultam e demoram o atendimento na ligação (o cliente passa mais de 50 min sendo o primeiro da linha) bem como no zap (que só respondem depois de vários dias). Detalhe, não foi 1 ou 2 vezes que precisei de atendimento. Quando chega no local e pergunta o motivo da demora os atendentes dizem que é por causa da demanda, mas quando vc chega não tem tantas pessoas para serem atendidas a ponto de demorarem tanto para atender ao cliente).
Em relação a estrutura, essa atende a expectativa do cliente.
