★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem os preços da Internet se levado em consideração os sofás, produto que comprei, mas o atendimento dos vendedores Helton e Tiago foi excepcional, muito educados, prestativos, com certeza o melhor atendimento que já recebi. Claro que o ótimo atendimento não tira o brilho da qualidade do produto que vendido.

Terrible service, no order of arrival control. We waited over an hour for the service. The sellers passed 3 other people in front of us, who arrived much later, and even after I asked when I would be seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 compras que fiz, as 3 tive que pedir a nota fiscal depois pq eles dizem que vão enviar por email e não enviam. Achei que poderia ser problema de sistema, esqueceu e tal. Mas 3 vezes? Começo a suspeitar que eh prática padrão da empresa: Se o cliente insistir, emite a nota. Senão não emite e evita pagar alguns impostos.
3 purchases I made, the 3 I had to ask for the invoice later because they say they will send it by email and not. I thought it could be a system problem, forgot and such. But 3 times? I'm beginning to suspect that it's standard company practice: If the customer insists, issue the bill. Otherwise it does not issue and avoid paying some taxes.
