I took my daughter Neguinha for routine exams and I was very well received both by the girls at the reception and by Dr Renata, we always carried out the exams with great care and affection for my daughter. I highly recommend Burlina pet shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com a minha cunhada levar o pet no banho e ouvi algumas pessoas falando mal no pet de um cliente que havia acabado de sair, e acho que não eram nem funcionários pq não estavam de forma adequada, achei muita falta de ética e respeito com quem leva o pet e acha que é tudo mil maravilhas. Tenho pena das pessoas desse lugar!!!!
I went with my sister-in-law to take the pet in the bath and I heard some people talking bad about the pet of a customer who had just left, and I think they weren't even employees because they weren't in a proper way, I found a lot of lack of ethics and respect with whom takes the pet and thinks it's all a thousand wonders. I feel sorry for the people there!!!!

Fomos muito bem acolhidas tanto pela Dra Renata quanto as meninas da recepção super educadas e muito carinhosas com a neguinha. A Dra Renata me explicou tudo certinho sobre os exames e me orientou. Super indico essa clínica de respeito,amor e ética. ??
I took my daughter Neguinha for a routine exam with Dr Renata. We were very well received by both Dr Renata and the girls at the reception who were super polite and very affectionate with the neguinha. Dr Renata explained everything to me about the exams and guided me. I highly recommend this clinic of respect, love and ethics. ??

I took Gucci today, a German spitz, to take a shower and shave … I loved the service and my puppy was perfect, Juliana is very attentive I loved her work … I'm sure I'll always be back there … thank you all for the kindness and attention with my puppy!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu atendimento foi na parte clínica e só tenho a agradecer. Todos foram muito prestativos e atenciosos. Em especial a Dra. Cláudia que cuidou perfeitamente da nossa bebê. Realizamos a cirurgia de ruptura de ligamento e até o momento minha cachorra está tendo uma ótima recuperação. Quanto ao custo a cirurgia em si ja é cara, então não achei abusivo, os valores estão dentro da média.
My service was in the clinical part and I just have to thank you. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. Especially Dr. Cláudia who took care of our baby perfectly. We performed ligament rupture surgery and so far my dog is making a great recovery. As for the cost, the surgery itself is already expensive, so I didn't find it abusive, the values are within the average.
