★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rodoviária deveria ser em outro local. Mais parece um ponto de táxi do que realmente uma rodoviária. Não tem lugar coberto para os passageiros esperarem o ônibus em um dos lados entre outros problemas.
The bus station should be somewhere else. More looks like a taxi stand than actually a bus station. There is no covered place for passengers to wait for the bus on one side among other problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou a favor desde local como rodoviária, pois é um espaço para os taxistas e não apropriado para os ônibus, sem falar que a depender do clima (inverno, por exemplo) não favorece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço ainda precisa melhorar bastante, só tem uma empresa operate, o preço das comidas da lanchonete são bem caros, ao redor do estabelecimento tem mercado, padaria e lanchonete do outro lado da avenida, que possuem os mesmos produtos, com preços mais acessíveis, mas acredito que essa variação se da, por causa do aluguel do ponto comercial q é o mais caro da cidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A infraestrutura do ambiente não é nem de longe consentâneo com o serviço de transporte: estacionamento muito limitado, um pouco desorganizado o compartimento exato de cada empresa, área de embarque e desembarque inexistente etc., nada obstante, possui um bom atendimento, só falha na infraestrutura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É difícil entender uma cidade como Morro do Chapéu não ter uma rodoviária, nem ao menos um terminal rodoviário. Além de demonstrar total falta de interesse do poder público (das diversas gestões), dá a impressão de uma cidade desorganizada e sem estrutura. Por sorte a Associação dos Taxistas oferece um mínimo de estudos a quem está esperando um ônibus ou acabou de chegar na cidade.
It's hard to understand a city like Morro do Chapéu not having a bus station, or at least a bus station.
