O estacionamento para visitantes fica em frente e se faz necessário atravessar a rua para acessar. É uma travessia um tanto perigosa para quem anda com crianças pequenas, pois não há faixa de pedestres, nem semáforo. O prédio parece ter uma estrutura antiga e conta com um serviço de portaria, dois elevadores e escadas.

Além de ficar próximo ao tráfego intenso dos carros, que poderá atingir as pessoas naquele local.
