 We sell sellers, They did not issue an invoice for the battery I bought, nor did they exchange a Heliar battery that they sold to me and gave me problems with 6 months of use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando trata-se de venda, toda atenção para com o cliente. Porém no caso de troca a coisa muda radicalmente, fazem questão de dificultar e não entender as necessidades do cliente. Lamentável o atendimento.

Comprei duas baterias. Uma moura e onbat. 48am e 60am , respectivamente em dias diferentes.
Quando fui levar o da marca onbat para troca , eles me alegaram que o problema não era a bateria , sendo que os dois autoeletricistas de confiança que pedi para fazer o teste , me disseram que p problema realmente era a bateria.
Não daria nem uma estrela para essa loja !
Little attention.
I bought two batteries. A Moorish and onbat. 48am and 60am, respectively on different days.
When I went to take the onbat brand for a replacement, they claimed that the problem was not the battery, and the two reliable auto electricians that I asked to take the test, told me that the problem really was the battery.
I wouldn't give this store a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa a desejar, pressa e má vontade. Mesmo sendo um revendedor Moura, tentam empurrar ao cliente marcas genéricas, com argumentos técnicos falhos que induzem o consumidor a erro.
Attendance leaves something to be desired, hurry and ill will. Even being a Moura dealer, they try to push generic brands to the customer, with flawed technical arguments that mislead the consumer.

Comprei uma bateria que tinha a garantia de 6 meses e durou 6 meses e 14 dias. Fui lá para pedir ao vendedor que entrasse em contato com o revendedor para informar o meu problema e ele se negou a entrar em contato dizendo que não podia fazer nada por mim. Pedi o contato do revendedor e ele disse que comprava as baterias direto da fábrica e não tinha nenhum contato.
Liguei para a fábrica e expliquei o meu problema e prontamente acionaram o revendedor da região (que até então não existia) para resolver minha situação. Mesmo que a fábrica negasse meu pedido, por estar fora da garantia, acho que pelo menos deveria haver a tentativa de ajudar o cliente. Não recomendo.
Poor after sales.
I bought a battery that was guaranteed for 6 months and lasted 6 months and 14 days. I went there to ask the seller to contact the dealer to report my problem and he refused to contact me saying that he could not do anything for me. I asked for the dealer's contact and he said he bought the batteries straight from the factory and had no contact.
I called the factory and explained my problem and promptly activated the region dealer (which until then did not exist) to resolve my situation. Even if the factory denied my request, being out of warranty, I think at least there should be an attempt to help the customer. I do not recommend.
