Retornei lá para reclamar e o dono me afirmou que era fraldinha e me devolveu o dinheiro muito a contra gosto e se mostrou muito mau educado. Perdeu o freguês, muita gente tem reclamado do atendimento.
CAUTION!!! I bought a roasted skirt steak and it came with a super tough meat that could possibly be a breast. I went back there to complain and the owner told me it was a skirt steak and grudgingly returned the money and was very rude. The customer has lost, a lot of people have complained about the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei extremamente decepcionada com o atendimento via telefone do Sr Flavio, liguei para saber valores de espetinho, picanha e fraldinha para um churrasco. E ele se recusou a passar os valores. Mesmo eu falando que recebi indicação. Achei um absurdo se negar a passar valores dos produtos via telefone.
I was extremely disappointed with Mr. Flavio's telephone service, I called to find out the prices of skewers, rump steak and skirt steak for a barbecue. And he refused to pass on the values. Even though I was saying that I received a referral. I found it absurd to refuse to pass product values over the phone.

Não troco por nenhum outro , sem contar que o Flávio e seus funcionários são atenciosos, educados , simpáticos.
Os açougueiros cortam as carnes de acordo com a sua solicitação , sem enganação ....
Estou sempre indicando para outras pessoas , Parabénssss vocês são os melhores .
I have been going to this butcher shop for over 8 years, and I confess that it is the best butcher shop with beef (fresh) in the region.
I wouldn't trade it for any other, not to mention that Flávio and his staff are attentive, polite, friendly.
The butchers cut the meats according to your request, without cheating....
