Ficamos na parte de cima, até aí tudo bem, mas o atendimento é péssimo dá impressão que tem menos funcionários que o necessário para a demanda, quase 30 minutos para conseguirmos ser atendidos e fazer o pedido, a comida demorou um pouco e chegou errado, pedimos o tamanho grande chegou o pequeno. O ambiente superior também deixa a desejar na organização das mesas, parece um puxadinho para colocar quem não coube embaixo.
For a first experience it was horrible. We stayed at the top, so far so good, but the service is terrible, it gives the impression that there are fewer employees than necessary for the demand, almost 30 minutes for us to be served and place the order, the food took a while and arrived wrong, We ordered the large size and the small one arrived. The upper environment also leaves something to be desired in the organization of the tables, it seems like a little pull to put those who didn't fit below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixa a desejar um pouco no atendimento. Das duas vezes que estive no estabelecimento, o garçom ESQUECIA de trazer meu pedido e eu tive por duas vezes que ir até ele, que estava parado próximo a balcão para lembrá-lo de me pedido. Ambiente e comida saborosa.
Leave a little to be desired in the service. The two times I was at the establishment, the waiter FORGOT to bring my order and I had to go to him twice, who was standing next to the counter to remind him of my order. Ambience and tasty food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Ficamos no andar superior, muito quente! O ventilador não pegava onde estávamos. Cobram couvert de R$ 10, mesmo para quem está em cima. Detalhe: não tem som na parte de cima e muito menos você enxerga a banda tocar. A cerveja acabou, simplesmente. Não tinha água no banheiro. Enfim, não recomendo. Primeira e última.
Horrible experience. We stayed upstairs, very hot! The fan didn't pick up where we were. They charge a cover charge of R$ 10, even for those on top. Detail: there is no sound at the top and much less you can see the band playing. The beer just ran out. There was no water in the bathroom. Anyway, I don't recommend it. First and last.

A quem estiver lendo isso, as avaliações são baixas por um motivo. Atenção.
Eu queria ter lido isso antes de ir ao local e reforço aqui o que já li em outros comentários.
O local é bem bonito, ótima iluminação, bem ventilado, ótimos pratos. Mas em todos eles há um defeito. É um local grande porém quando está lotado vira um verdadeiro jogo de labirinto para poder atravessar o salão. Os garçons também devem sofrer com isso visto que já são poucos mediante a demanda do local, que lota aos fins de semana e por isso eles não conseguem atender em um tempo adequado.
Tudo que pedi individualmente quase não chega. 1° foi os Anéis de Cebola (R$ 17,50 - já que não tem um cardápio deste local em canto nenhum), depois de meia hora passada eu perguntei se tava perto e a garçonete se tocou que ngm tinha vindo deixar e disso lá se foi mais 20 minutos.
2° pedi um drinks de 20 reais e só paguei porque a foto estava muito bonita e então deveria ser um drinks que de pagasse.. mas apesar do gosto deveria ser bom qnd recém preparada, foi mais de 1h pra trazer além de vir descongelada e completamente diferente da imagem.
E por último, POR QUE UM COUVERT DE 10 REAIS?...
Great location that leaves something to be desired in execution
For anyone reading this, the ratings are low for a reason. Heads up.
I wish I had read this before going to the site and I reinforce here what I've read in other reviews.
The place is very beautiful, great lighting, well ventilated, great dishes. But in all of them there is a defect. It's a big place, but when it's crowded, it becomes a real maze game to be able to cross the hall. The waiters must also suffer from this since they are already few due to the demand of the place, which fills up on weekends and therefore they cannot serve in an adequate time.
Everything I ordered individually is almost not enough. 1st was the Onion Rings (R$ 17.50 - since there is no menu for this place anywhere), after half an hour had passed I asked if it was close and the waitress realized that no one had come to leave it and that was it. gone another 20 minutes.
2nd I ordered a drink of 20 reais and I only paid because the photo was very beautiful and so it should be a drink that pays for.. but despite the taste it should be good when freshly prepared, it took more than 1h to bring it in addition to coming defrosted and completely different from the picture.
And finally, WHY A 10 REAIS COUVERT?...
