★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma boa estrutura e é bonito, mas está deixado de lado pelo zelador e pelo sindico. A sala de jogos que antes era muito boa, hj está péssima... A sinuca está com bolas faltando, o ping pong está sem a bolinha e a mesa de pebolim está um horror!
As cadeiras e guardas sol oferecidos pelo edifício estão em péssimas condições, muitos estão quebrados e além disso há um limite de qntos cada morador pode pegar, oq é uma idiotice já que estamos pagando para obtermos um apartamento no prédio.
It has a good structure and is beautiful, but is left out by the caretaker and the manager. The game room, which was very good before, is terrible today... The pool is missing balls, the ping pong ball is missing and the foosball table is a mess!
The chairs and umbrellas offered by the building are in very bad condition, many are broken and in addition there is a limit on how many each resident can take, which is idiotic as we are paying to get an apartment in the building.
