A guitarra ficou linda, além da regulagem e toda revisão estar perfeita. I don't live in the same city as the By Adams people, so I sent my guitar through the post office to have a painting service done. The guitar was beautiful, in addition to the adjustment and every review being perfect. Even with the distance, By Adams staff always contacted me and always responded to my messages updating me on the service. They are true artists! Honest and talented staff. Just gratitude!

I already took a guide to paint and assemble, it was amazing! First class painting and tuning service. Several guides I took to setup, some to make small changes, all very professional and well done!

Fiz a manutenção completa com troca de cordas, um investimento pequeno pra quem gosta e cuida do seu instrumento. O violão ficou melhor agora, desde quando comprei. O som tá sensacional, pontente, muito mais bonito.

I was attended by Renato and I wanted to leave my satisfaction from the first Hello in the service. An extremely polite guy and always available to answer all my questions (listened to all my audio lol).
The work he did on my guitar, impeccable!
I did the complete maintenance with string replacement, a small investment for those who like and take care of their instrument. The guitar is better now, since I bought it. The sound is sensational, potent, much more beautiful.
