Sonhamos muito com cada detalhe do nosso lar e a By arabi nos ajudou a realizar!! Recebemos nossos móveis de acordo com o prazo combinado , e com certeza o produto é de muita qualidade ! Vale muito a pena.. e em relação ao preço depois de muito pesquisar vi que a by arabi tem um dos preços mais baixos do mercado .. ficamos encantados pois o produto que recebemos excedeu nossas expectativas. Fomos atendidos pela vendedora Thaís que sempre nos deu muita atenção e nos auxiliou em tudo ,do momento da venda até a montagem dos nossos móveis ! (Recomendo demais)
I bought all the furniture in my apartment by this company, I closed the contract in May of last year, my apartment was still on the floor plan for this reason I made a future sale plan, where the delivery and assembly of my furniture would only occur when the apartment was delivered . We dream a lot about every detail of our home and By arabi helped us make it happen!! We received our furniture according to the agreed deadline, and the product is certainly of very high quality! It's really worth it.. and in relation to the price after a lot of research I saw that by arabi has one of the lowest prices on the market.. we were delighted because the product we received exceeded our expectations. We were attended by the seller Thais who always gave us a lot of attention and helped us in everything, from the moment of sale to the assembly of our furniture! (I highly recommend)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não foi dos melhores, tive vários problemas com a pessoa que fez o meu projeto, sem falar na falta de organização da loja, pois só consegui assinar o contrato quando o atendente retornou para a unidade devido a doença, isso fez com que demorasse para realizar a produção e instalação dos móveis, eu sempre ligava cobrando a instalação, creio que os únicos pontos positivos foram a qualidade dos móveis e o atendimento do técnico da instalação, pois o técnico George fez um excelente trabalho, consegui me entregar os moveis montado com perfeição, trabalhando com o que tinha pois estavam faltando peças, algumas veio danificadas, não veio a rodinhas. Posso assegurar que a única parte boa foi o atendimento do montado de móveis.

I can assure you that the only good part was the service of the furniture assembly.
