★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ola. Deixei meu cel para orçamento e sem autorizaçao de conserto. Mesmo eles consertaram. Eu falei que nao tinha autorizado e pedi para tirarem as peças que colocaram ja que eu nao tinha autorizado conserto. O dono se irritou e disse que eu fosse no outro dia pegar que "ele ia me devolver o cel com carinho". Usou de ironia e no outro dia me devolveu o cel totalmente quebrado, nao so tirou as peças que colocou como danificou o cel de uma maneira que nao pode mais ser consertado. Isso é desonestidade.
 Hello. I left my cell for budget and without repair authorization. Even they fixed it. I said that I had not authorized it and asked to remove the parts that were placed since I had not authorized repairs. The owner got angry and said that I was going to get the other day that "he was going to give the cell back to me with affection". He used irony and the other day he gave me back the cell that was totally broken, not only took out the parts that he put on but also damaged the cell in a way that can no longer be fixed. This is dishonesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para realizar um orçamento, disseram que me dariam um retorno na parte da tarde, não obtive, foram 2 semanas para me passar o "orçamento", autorizei, mais 2 semanas informando que entregaria, para entregar sem conserto, ainda assim, pq eu cobrei e ligava, péssimo atendimento, nada profissional, se você procura rapidez, agilidade e que seu problema seja resolvido, não vá! Você vai sair frustrado, pq até para devolver o celular montado é uma luta!
O que é pior que falta de prossifionalismo é desonestidade! Acho válido, antes de procurar esse local, ler todas as avaliações, não somente as que o mesmo solicitou amigos e parentes para realizar(o mesmo, Rafael também avaliou a própria "empresa"), é uma vergonha!!
Edit: Sou cliente sim, sou a dona do ZENFONE 6, vou tirar foto da notinha que me deram e vou postar.
Embaixo a foto da minha notinha, tampei somente meus dados, péssimo local, péssimo atendimento, péssimo profissionalismo, só está confirmando!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para trocar a tela que foi trocada, mas dentro de umas duas semanas a tela simplesmente descolou do celular. Levei uma segunda vez e eles queriam me cobrar pelo valor do conserto de um problema que foi do serviço deles. Depois de bater o pé eles aceitaram o consertar o celular sem me cobrar, peguei o celular novamente e agora o problema era com o touch que não funcionava. Consertaram. Final da história: removeram algumas proteções que impediam que entrasse umidade e poeira no celular, o display queimou. Levei em outra assistência que resolveu o meu problema em menos de 24 horas. Definitivamente não recomendo.

After tapping my foot they agreed to fix the cell phone without charging me, I picked up the cell phone again and now the problem was with the touch that didn't work. They fixed it. End of story: removed some protections that prevented moisture and dust from entering the cell phone, the display burned. I took in another assistance that solved my problem in less than 24 hours. Definitely not recommend.

Fui trocar a bateria do meu iphone e precisava de rapidez para não ficar sem telefone, fui atendido pelo próprio dono da loja e meu problema foi resolvido rapidamente. Além disso, a loja tem muita variedade de acessórios, já sai com uma capinha nova e aproveitei para trocar a película. Adorei o atendimento, nota mil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu celular de manhã para trocar a bateria e retirá-lo pronto após às 18hs. Perfeito, me entregaram conforme combinado, porém com menos de 30 dias a bateria apresentou problema, procurei o tal de Rafael que se autoavalia com 5 estrelas, ele disse que levaria 48hs para efetuar a troca da bateria, eu questionei porque no ato da contratação do serviço foi no mesmo dia para exercer a garantia levaria 48hs? O mesmo veio falar de logística, que não podia comprar outra bateria e etc... Eu disse para ele no código de defesa do consumidor que celular pode ser caracterizado bem essencial, e que ocorrendo vício o consumidor pode optar pela imediata troca do produto, devolução do valor ou abatimento proporcional.
Eu disse a ele que se ele não consegue me atender dentro do mesmo dia, pois preciso do aparelho, não posso ficar tanto tempo sem telefone, era melhor me devolver o dinheiro, ele disse que não poderia devolver o valor total, apenas a metade porque existem regras, eu disse que regras não sobrepõem leis. Ele me bloqueou e disse para eu fazer o que eu quiser. Ele mexeu com o cara errado, vou receber meu dinheiro de uma forma ou de outra.
OBSERVEM A QUANTIDADE DE AVALIAÇÃO POSITIVA QUE RECEBERAM APÓS A MINHA DENUNCIA, ESTÁ PEDINDO PARA AMIGOS E FAMILIARES PARA AVALIAR DE FORMA POSITIVA, PARA NÃO PARECER SER PÉSSIMO COMO SÃO, MAS VOU DESMASCARA-LO NA JUSTIÇA.
