★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não Recomendo essa loja, a atendente dessa loja não foi franca e objetiva em relação ao defeito que poderia ter sido evitado a troca do suporte de bucha se ela tivesse me explicado que um reset resolvia.
Dessa forma eu poderia ter pago apenas a mão de obra e o reset. Falo isso por que outro concorrente me explicou isso.
E se a peça fosse original eu teria aceitado
Descobri que a peça não era Original EPSON quando cheguei em casa depois que fui buscar a impressora nessa loja, e resolvi abrir a impressora pra colocar um suporte de resíduo, e pra minha surpresa tava lá um suporte usado com retalhos de pano grosso dentro do suporte.
Sem saber tive que pagar um suporte de bucha que não era original achando que a Loja BZ INFORMÁTICA Autorizada EPSON colocou peça original no concerto da minha impressora.
Os retalhos que foram colocados dentro do suporte era semelhante aqueles cobertores de cor cinza de espessura grosso, recortaram pedaço desse cobertor e colocaram dentro do suporte. Isso é uma Loja autorizada da Epson que fez isso.
O cliente paga caro pensando que a peça é original EPSON e descobre que foi enganado.
E outra, a atendente autorizou o serviço sem minha autorização minha mesmo sabendo que eu pedi pra não fazer o serviço sem me avisar, e a desculpa que ela me disse é que meu numero fixo da vivo não chamava, lógico que foi uma desculpa apenas pra fazer o serviço

The customer pays dearly thinking that the part is original EPSON and discovers that he was cheated.
And another, the attendant authorized the service without my authorization, even though I asked not to do the service without telling me, and the excuse she told me is that my landline number did not call, of course it was just an excuse for do the job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corram dessa empresa, mente, enrrola, cobra por peças originais e colocam na sua maquina peças similares, e por fim a principal característica deles a demora, se eles te prometeram 15 dias, se prepare para esperar 3 meses, o zap só funciona enquanto vc não pagou, depois que paga o atendimento acaba e começam as desculpas, desculpas e mais desculpas, ninguém sabe de nada, fulano que sabe viajou, o outro tá de férias, eles já tem uma série de desculpas que passam para todo mundo... já sabe, se for passar por essa loja, mude de calçada
