★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 5 Janelas desta empresa e me decepcionei muito, os fechadores das janelas são PÉSSIMOS não fecham por nada neste mundo, são de Plastico, de péssima qualidade e não fecham de jeito algum, tentei contato com a empresa e fui simplesmente ignorado, muito decepcionado com o produto.
I bought 5 Windows from this company and I was very disappointed, the window closures are TERRIBLE they don't close for anything in this world, they are plastic, of terrible quality and they don't close at all, I tried to contact the company and was simply ignored, very disappointed with the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora decepcionado, pois comprei uma porta pivotante e um vitrô 4 folhas de linha top o Vitrô apesar de ser linda top veio com uma peça de fixação da folha fixa quebrada e com alguns arranhões mais é bem acabado falta um padrão de qualidade para identificar estes pontos pois quem compra na espera receber estas novidades, já a porta foi só decepção por ser uma porta com preço bem salgado, veio cheio de defeitos, falta acabamento de borracha em volta do vidro, a borracha de encosto da porta foi colada toda torta e ainda rasgada, são inúmeros os arranhões provocada na montagem e a surpresa maior foi quando instalei a porta no local dei o acabamento e com selador retirei os plásticos que veio forrada e fui abrir a parta só abriu até a metade percebi que tinha algo impedindo de abrir , fui observar já que a porta e pivotante. O encosto da porta tanso lado de dentro como lado de fora estava pegando na folha da porta e impedindo que a posta abrisse até o final e por ter tentado abria a porta ser saber que tal poderia acontecer ainda acabo danificando a pintura onde o encosto pegou, agora estou há uma semana com a porta fechada sem poder abrir, tô morando na casa e com acesso apenas pela porta da cozinha e sem previsão de quando a assistência técnica vai resolver isso, já que entrei em contato com o vendedor na semana passada e ele disse que a assistência técnica entraria em contato , esperei até hoje e nada , liguei lá novamente e disse que até semana que vem provavelmente entrará em contato,. Antes de comprar a porta deste fabricante tinha visto numa loja uma porta de uma outra fabricante que estava de mostruário acabamento de altíssima qualidade apesar de está no mostruário não tinha riscos, o preço era o mesmo só não comprei pois o lado era esquerdo e eu precisava abertura direita. E para encomenda não tinha prazo de entrega,. Aí acabei Acreditei no vendedor e nas fotos do catálogo e comprando desta empresa decepcionante
