★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na visita de orçamento, fui bem atendida e o dono deu informações técnicas que pareceram bastante claras e compatíveis com o que eu havia lido a respeito do problema, inspirando confiança. Disse que tinha um fornecedor e que realizaria a troca da bateria antiga, que estava estufada, por uma nova original. Na 2a ida, ao buscar o computador pronto, não quis me dar a nota fiscal de onde havia adquirido a nova bateria. Quando questionei, me respondeu de forma alterada e intimidadora dizendo que a garantia seria a ordem de serviço da loja, que se a bateria não fosse original o computador acusaria e pronto. Nada profissional e nada confiável. Estou me sentindo lesada.
In the budget visit, I was well attended and the owner gave technical information that seemed very clear and compatible with what I had read about the problem, inspiring confidence. He said he had a supplier and that he would replace the old battery, which was swollen, for a new, original one. On the 2nd trip, when I got the computer ready, he didn't want to give me the invoice from where he had purchased the new battery. When I asked, he answered me in an altered and intimidating way saying that the guarantee would be the service order of the store, that if the battery was not original the computer would accuse and that's it. Unprofessional and unreliable. I'm feeling wronged.
