Quando eu questionei o atendimento me disse que era pra ver se a chave da casa estava lá caso contrário nem me deixaria subir. Depois de ver a casa e procurar pra fechar o contrato descobri que eu tenho que pagar a avaliação de restrição sendo um valor muito mais caro que qualquer site que eu já tenha visto. Além disso tudo você não consegue falar com o corretor apenas com a atendente. Horrível!
 The clerk serves you the intercom to u pass the address of the house you would like to go visit. When I questioned the service told me was to see if the house key was there otherwise not let me up. After seeing the house and look to close the contract I found that I have to pay the restriction assessment being a much more expensive value than any site I've ever seen. Furthermore, you cannot speak to the broker only with the attendant. Horrible!
