★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de uma citycom, e infelizmente a moto teve uma pane alguns dias depois... Tanto o vendedor, quanto os donos foram super atenciosos e fizeram toda a manutenção na moto... O atendimento deles foi impecável, tanto a venda quanto o pós venda me surpreenderam, com certeza a próxima moto comprarei com eles também!

Their service was impeccable, both for sale and for sale. the after sales surprised me, for sure the next bike i will buy with them too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei deselegante a forma como foi tratado a Parte de Documentos. Tirei 1 dia da Empresa pra comprar a Moto e resolver tudo de uma vez só. Mas ai vem a decepção. Parece a Casas Bahia, resolvem tudo a prestação! Ainda mais em relação a tempo. Fui no PRIMEIRO dia comprei a moto. Tive que voltar no SEGUNDO dia pra Reconhecer Firma no Cartório da Moto que comprei. Tive que ir no TERCEIRO dia pra Reconhecer Firma no Cartório da Procuração da Moto que vendi. Tive que ir no QUARTO dia pra buscar a Documentação, que não ficava pronto nunca, uma eternidade pra ter o Documento. Você tem que ligar pra perguntar se ficou pronto, porque eles não ligam pra te avisar que ficou pronto. Eles cobraram R$200/R$300 a mais do que os Despachantes. Onde nos outros lugares é 3 dias , o Documento já esta pronto. Isso cansa! Tem certeza que tem 40 anos com venda e compras???... Mas ajuda aí né... Duas estrelas porque eles tem motos boas lá. Com certeza num futuro próximo, pode ser que compre com eles tbm... Mas fazer o que? Não tem pra onde correr...! São todos iguais...! Mas podem melhorar em alguns requisitos...
I found it dowdy the way the Documents Part was handled. I took 1 day out of the company to buy the bike and solve everything at once. But here comes the disappointment. It looks like Casas Bahia, they solve everything in installments! Even more in relation to time. I went the FIRST day and bought the bike. I had to go back on the SECOND day to Recognize a Firm at the Motorcycle Registry I bought. I had to go on the THIRD day to Recognize Firm in the Proxy Office of the Moto that I sold. I had to go on the FOURTH day to get the Documentation, which was never ready, an eternity to have the Document. You have to call to ask if it is ready, because they don't call to tell you it is ready. They charged R $ 200 / R $ 300 more than the Dispatchers. Where in other places it is 3 days, the Document is already ready. That is tiring! Are you sure you are 40 years old with sales and purchases ??? ... But it helps there, right ... Two stars because they have good bikes there. Certainly in the near future, you may also buy from them too ... But what to do? There's nowhere to run ...! They're all the same ...! But they can improve on some requirements ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai do Heliópolis no Ipiranga, pra ver uma moto, e já voltei felizao com a aquisição, já fiz a documentação e todos os trâmites que tinha pra fazer, por enquanto não tive problema nenhuma, agr só esperar pra buscar os documentos e já era, por enquanto nada doque reclamar, Sr Jesse muito atencioso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho ruim para o prazo. Comunicação péssima também. Preço de oficina boa com serviço de oficina média e atendimento ruim. Se te falam que o serviço ficará pronto em 1 semana pode esperar um mês.
Bad job for the deadline. Bad communication too. Good workshop price with average workshop service and poor customer service. If they tell you that the service will be ready in 1 week, you can wait a month.
