★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com muita dor, o que me atraiu foi o pronto atendimento. Porém a recepção demorou muito.quando seria minha vez chamou preferencial fiquei em espera so pra passar a carteirinha 21 minutos isso porque estava bem fazio dia 08/04/21 as 13:34 . Ao descer pra ser atendido o médico estava na sala 4 com outro médico papeando . Esperei mais 25 minutos de lá liguei pra outra clínica e cancelei meu atendimento .
Diria pra vc que precisa de um atendimento rápido urgente . Fuja ! Lá você não vai encontrar isso. Nota zero pela falta de respeito .
 I arrived with a lot of pain, what attracted me was the emergency room. However, the reception took a long time. When it was my turn, it was preferential, I was on hold just to pass the card for 21 minutes, because it was so good on 08/04/21 at 13:34. Upon going down to be seen, the doctor was in room 4 with another doctor chatting. I waited another 25 minutes from there, called another clinic and canceled my appointment.
I would tell you that you need an urgent quick service. Run! There you will not find it. Zero score for lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho o pronto atendimento rápido até, e o raio X, porém atendimento com descaso e funcionários desmotivados. Atendente curta e grossa no telefone. Médico me deu receita com nome impresso de outro médico e carimbo e assinatura dele, saiu da sala rápido pro seu horário de almoço e a enfermeira fazendo o curativo.
I think the prompt service is even quick, and the X-ray, but care with carelessness and unmotivated employees. Short and thick attendant on the phone. Doctor gave me a prescription with the printed name of another doctor and his stamp and signature, quickly left the room for his lunch break and the nurse applied the dressing.

Estava com minha avó de 84 anos a pouco lá, após fazer o RX, o médico não chamava fui questionar a atendente que fica próximo aos consultórios, pois minha avó é preferencial e estavam passando pacientes que chegaram depois na frente. A mesma foi super grossa, me deixou falando sozinha, fui questionar a outra atendente que também foi grossa, e pediu para eu questionar o médico. Não teve um pingo de empatia, e educação. Não voltaremos mais a esta clínica. Acho que o atendimento começa pela recepção, não adianta o médico ser simpático e as atendentes grossas e mal humoradas. Se não gosta de trabalhar com pessoas arrume outro emprego.
Para trabalhar ali tem que ter empatia, as pessoas já chegam fragilizadas, e no mínimo deveria ser tratada com educação.
The medical service was good, but the reception is lacking. I was with my 84-year-old grandmother there, after undergoing the X-ray, the doctor did not call, I went to question the attendant who is close to the offices, as my grandmother is preferred and patients who arrived later were passing by. She was super rude, left me talking to myself, I went to question the other attendant who was also rude, and asked me to question the doctor. There wasn't an ounce of empathy, and politeness. We will not be returning to this clinic again. I think the service starts with the reception, it's no use for the doctor to be friendly and the attendants rude and grumpy. If you don't like working with people, get another job.
To work there, you have to have empathy, people are already weakened, and at least they should be treated politely.

Falta informatizar a recepção para agilizar o atendimento.
It is under renovation, but with normal service, attentive as always from reception.
There is still need to computerize the reception to speed up the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do tempo de espera, nem atendimento da recepção. Fora isso, estão em reforma (bagunça). Entendo que é pra melhorar, mas a soma de fatores não me faria voltar.
I didn't like the wait time or the reception service. Other than that, they are under renovation (mess). I understand that it is to improve, but the sum of factors would not make me come back.
