Colocaram a culpa na pandemia sendo que a obra começou 8 meses antes da pandemia começar, ou seja, a obra já era pra estar cerca de 80% completada antes do início do lockdown. Depois, numa reunião em 31/05/2021 com os moradores, disseram que terminariam a obra em 40 dias. Hoje é dia 23/11/2021 e ainda não concluíram. Não vejo funcionários trabalhando há dias! Já enviei mensagem pro Whatsapp da empresa e não responderam. Tentei ligar e ninguém atende. Não se deixem enganar pelo preço baixo. Não entregam o que prometem.
Horrible company. They've been renovating my building's pool for over 2 years! The initial term was 10 months. They blamed the pandemic as the work started 8 months before the pandemic started, that is, the work was supposed to be about 80% complete before the start of the lockdown. Then, in a meeting on 05/31/2021 with the residents, they said they would finish the work in 40 days. Today is 11/23/2021 and they haven't finished yet. I haven't seen employees working for days! I've sent a message to the company's Whatsapp and they didn't respond. I tried to call and no one answers. Don't be fooled by the low price. They don't deliver what they promise.
