★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cobravam o uso pelas cadeiras e guarda-sol, porém éramos "obrigados" almoçar com eles. Então, fizemos um pedido de peixe na telha ?$170,00 servia 2 pessoas).
Pensei que seria O peixe! Mas quando chegou, senhor amado, que peixe horrível rsrs a única coisa que salvou foi o abacaxi grelhado... nem o arroz e o purê estavam saborosos. Não recomendo e não voltaria nunca mais.
 They didn't charge for the use of chairs and umbrellas, but we were "obliged" to have lunch with them. So, we ordered fish on the tile ($170.00 would serve 2 people).
I thought it would be THE fish! But when it arrived, sir, what a horrible fish lol the only thing that saved it was the grilled pineapple... not even the rice and the puree were tasty. I do not recommend and would never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa porção de peixe frito veio encharcado de oleo e nao estava fritinho (pois se trata de um peixe que se come inteiro), farofa veio um dente de alho inteiro com casca. Um dos integrantes de nossa mesa, de cor negra, foi ao banheiro e ao sair foi barrado pelo dono do local, um senhor de idade, o qual indagou de forma totalmente grosseira se ele nao percebeu que aquele banheiro era privado e exclusivo dos clientes da barraca, alegando que o mesmo era algum nativo do local e que estava simplesmente usando seu banheiro sem consumir, uma vez que nossa mesa consumiu cerca de 800,00 uma vez que estávamos em muitas pessoas. Depois de tanto estresse ao sairmos do local vimos o mesmo desconforto acontecer com uma família de pessoas, coincidência ou nao (NEGRAS). O local quis justificar que o senhor sofre de Alzheimer, mas nada justifica tal tratamento. Jamais volto nesse lugar!
Our portion of fried fish came soaked in oil and was not fried (as it is a fish that is eaten whole), farofa came with a whole clove of garlic with the skin. One of the members of our table, black, went to the bathroom and on leaving was stopped by the owner of the place, an elderly man, who asked in a totally rude way if he didn't realize that that bathroom was private and exclusive to the customers of the tent, claiming that he was a native of the place and that he was simply using his bathroom without consuming, since our table consumed about 800.00 since we were in many people. After so much stress when we left the place, we saw the same discomfort happen to a family of people, coincidence or not (BLACK). The place wanted to justify that you suffer from Alzheimer's, but nothing justifies such treatment. I will never go back to this place!

Preços absurdos por uma comida que não tem qualidade. O atendimento dos garçons deixa a desejar.
No dia que fomos tinha chovido, e o banheiro estava dormindo pela baratas, e era bem do lado da cozinha. As cozinheiras sem máscaras, garçons sem máscara entrando na cozinha de qualquer jeito.
Reclamei para uma garçonete e ela prontamente levou até a proprietária que ficou revirando os olhos como quem diz que não está nem ai com a situação.
É visível que eles não tem o mínimo de preocupação com o cliente, vai muitos turistas que com certeza não vão voltar logo para Porto Seguro.

Absurd prices for food that has no quality. The service of the waiters leaves something to be desired.
The day we went it had rained, and the bathroom was sleeping by cockroaches, and it was right next to the kitchen. The unmasked cooks, unmasked waiters coming into the kitchen anyway.
I complained to a waitress and she promptly took it to the owner who kept rolling her eyes as if to say she doesn't care about the situation.
It is obvious that they do not have the slightest concern for the customer, there are many tourists who will certainly not return to Porto Seguro soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sugestão da equipe de turismo era que ficássemos nessa cabana, utilizando os sombreiros. De fato não há consumação mínima, mas há questionamentos do tipo “que horas a senhora vai pedir sua refeição”?. O atendimento não foi ruim, pelo contrário. Entendo que estamos em um lugar turístico que vive do que vende. Meu pedido não demorou, era o peixe na telha e estava bem gostoso e quentinho. Pedi sobremesa tbm que chegou no horário combinado com a atendente. Era um dia de pouco movimento. Repito que não há consumação mínima, mas nem precisa, pq qualquer porção ou refeição que faça ali já ultrapassa o valor de consumação que outros lugares cobram. Os valores em Trancoso são de forma geral mais elevados. Vá sabendo e não tenha surpresas

Values in Trancoso are generally higher. Go knowing and have no surprises

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos pela agência de viagem que possui uma parceria com a barraca, mal sentamos e a garçonete já veio, achei uma pressão no atendimento e não uma receptividade que o turista gosta. Por diversas vezes e diversas mesmo, fomos questionados qual seria o prato, pois tinha que reservar o hr para ficar pronto. Fizemos o pedido de moqueca mista, a porção serve tranquilamente 3 pessoas. Contudo, o valor é exagerado pela qualidade, achei a posta de peixe que compõe a moqueca sem tempero, o pirão e o arroz estavam maravilhosos, mas o tcham do prato “sonso”. Um ponto muito importante é a questão de que os turistas são conhecidos como os produtores de lixo, mas algo desconfortável acontece por lá, não encontrei lixo próximo as cadeiras e, os garçons (que realmente correm o tempo todo pra lá e pra cá) ao término do atendimento não recolhem os lixos descartáveis, sendo estes deles ou não, ou seja os copos descartáveis de refrigerante encontrei vários sobre as mesas, assim como embalagens de sorvetes e outros. Todos sabemos como venta na praia e quão tóxica estas embalagens são para o mar, ocorre que as barracas querem a todo custo empurrar o consumo para o turista sem dar os meios para uma boa venda e consciência para o local que os abriga para o ganha pão. Banheiros deveriam melhorar à qualidade, trincas quebradas.

We all know how windy the beach is and how toxic these packages are to the sea, it happens that the tents want at all costs to push consumption to the tourist without giving the means for a good sale and awareness to the place that shelters them to earn a living. . Bathrooms should improve in quality, broken cracks.

Good structure, nice access. Family atmosphere, quiet. Attentive service boys. Good food, very well made, reasonably priced and serving two people. I recommend.

Demoramos quase 30 minutos para ser atendidos, pois todos os garçons diziam que só o garçom responsável pela mesa poderia fazer o atendimento.
Ficamos sob o sol em uma barraca totalmente quebrada, com duas crianças pois alegavam que não tinha mais barracas sobrando (mentira, pois várias foram montadas para clientes que chegaram posteriormente), e mesmo com a cliente ao lado gentilmente cedendo o guarda-sol dela eles se recusaram a trocar pois pertencia a mesa atendida por outro garçom. PASMEM, ISSO TUDO NA MESMA CABANA ITAOCA!!!
E para completar havia a cobrança de R$2,00 pelo copo com gelo para consumir a bebida adquirida na própria cabana.
Só não levantei e fui embora pois estava em um grupo de agência de turismo e não tinha como me deslocar por meios próprios.
JAMAIS voltaria a essa cabana!!!!!

It took us almost 30 minutes to be served, as all the waiters said that only the waiter responsible for the table could do the service.
We stayed under the sun in a totally broken tent, with two children because they claimed that there were no more tents left (lie, because several were set up for clients who arrived later), and even with the client next door kindly giving up her parasol, they refused to change because it belonged to the table served by another waiter. AMAZED, THIS ALL IN THE SAME ITAOCA CABANA!!!
And to top it off, there was a charge of R$2.00 for the glass with ice to consume the drink purchased at the cabin itself.
I just didn't get up and leave because I was in a tour agency group and had no way of getting around by my own means.
I would NEVER go back to this cabin!!!!!
