★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mínimo que eu espero de uma cabeleireira é que ela saiba cortar um cabelo. Fui pela primeira vez nesse salão, cortei meu cabelo com Cláudia, que sugeriu um corte diferente do que eu tinha em mente mas que aceitei fazer porque já tinha feito antes. Pedi para cortar na altura do ombro. Terminei com meu cabelo na altura da nuca, completamente desalinhado (um lado está maior do que o outro, visivel nas fotos) e extremamente distante do corte proposto pela mesma (SHOT BOB/CHANEL DE BICO como na foto). Não consigo nem descrever que corte é esse. Fiquei sem reação no momento e acabei pagando pelo corte, mas se pudesse voltar atrás teria feito uma cena e não teria pago. Agora só posso esperar longos meses para poder TER CABELO SUFICIENTE para ajeitar. Parabéns, nota 0.
 The least I expect from a hairdresser is that she knows how to cut hair. I went to this salon for the first time, I cut my hair with Cláudia, who suggested a different cut than what I had in mind, but which I accepted because I had already done it before. I asked to cut it at shoulder height. I ended up with my hair at the nape of my neck, completely disheveled (one side is longer than the other, visible in the photos) and extremely far from the cut proposed by it (SHOT BOB/BICO CHANEL as in the photo). I can't even describe what that cut is. I had no reaction at the time and ended up paying for the cut, but if I could go back I would have made a scene and wouldn't have paid. Now I can only wait long months before I HAVE ENOUGH HAIR to fix it. Congratulations, grade 0.

Nao pode julgar o salao por conta de uma profissional igual vi na critica dessa cidadã abaixo, e sim tomar a atitude de falar que nao gostou do corte que tenho certeza que vão chegar a uma soluçao! Pois bem erros acontecem!
Great place and professional and family environment to get your hair both female and male! I highly recommend it!
You can't judge the salon because of a professional like I saw in this citizen's critique below, but take the attitude of saying that you didn't like the cut that I'm sure you'll find a solution! Well, mistakes happen!
