★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Havia uma única cabeleireira no estabelecimento e duas clientes agendadas ao mesmo tempo. Quando cheguei, uma senhora já estava tingindo o cabelo, a cabeleireira atrasou e lavou meu cabelo, depois me deixou esperando enquanto tingia o cabelo da senhora. Depois, quando foi cortar estava sempre olhando para a senhora e de cara fechada para mim, sem parecer prestar atenção no que estava fazendo. Eu só pedi para cortar as pontas e a franja. Minha franja ficou absolutamente torta. Em seguida, ela falou para a manicure secar meu cabelo, enquanto ela secava o cabelo da senhora. A manicure não sabia secar profissionalmente, e finalizou deixando meu cabelo horrível. Ela passou rapidamente o secador e só pegou a escova para arrumar a franja -- o que ela não soube fazer. Assim que a manicure falou que eu já podia ir embora, a cabeleireira notou minha cara de horrorizada e pediu para esperá-la secar o cabelo da mulher. Então, (mesmo eu já estando pronta para ir embora, pois a manicure já havia até pegado de volta o avental de corte que eu usei e já estava em pé), a cabeleireira tentou consertar um pouco do cabelo nas pontas e finalmente me mostrou como havia ficado atrás. A franja ficou absolutamente torta, ela não soube fazer o baudelaire e acima da sobrancelha direita ficou muito menor do que o restante. No final a manicure se confundiu com os valores, tentando cobrar as duas contas ao mesmo tempo. Detalhe: depois que fomos embora, o salão ficou absolutamente vazio, ou seja, eu poderia ser agendada para meia hora depois e elas poderiam ter prestado atenção no que faziam. Péssimo atendimento e serviço. Nunca mais retorno.
Bad experience. There was a single hairdresser in the establishment and two clients booked at the same time. When I arrived, a lady was already dyeing her hair, the hairdresser was late and washed my hair, then left me waiting while she dyed the lady's hair. Later, when he went to cut, he was always looking at you and frowning at me, not seeming to pay attention to what he was doing. I just asked to cut the ends and bangs. My bangs were absolutely askew. Then she told the manicurist to dry my hair while she dried the lady's hair. The manicurist didn't know how to dry professionally, and ended up leaving my hair horrible. She quickly ran the blow dryer and only took the brush to straighten her bangs -- which she didn't know how to do. As soon as the manicurist said I could leave, the hairdresser noticed my horrified face and asked to wait for her to dry the woman's hair. So (even though I was ready to leave, as the manicurist had even taken back the cut apron I wore and was already standing), the hairdresser tried to fix some of the hair at the ends and finally showed me how had stayed behind. Her bangs were absolutely crooked, she didn't know how to baudelaire and above her right eyebrow was much smaller than the rest. In the end, the manicurist got confused with the values, trying to charge both bills at the same time. Detail: after we left, the hall was absolutely empty, that is, I could be scheduled for half an hour later and they could have paid attention to what they were doing. Poor service and service. I never come back.
