★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da variedade de cabelos, o atendimento da vendedora foi horrível, tentou me empurrar o mais caro e quando eu decidi comprar o que eu achava melhor para mim, a vendedora chegou a ser grosseira, não era clara nos valores, me senti muito mau com a atitude dela, acabei comprando duas peças, mas acredito que poderia ter comprado mais uma, mas eu não via a hora de sair do local pelo constrangimento que ela me fez passar. Nunca mais voltou nesta loja. Prefiro pagar mais caro em outro lugar a ser atendida de forma grosseira!! E pelo que li nos comentários anteriores eu não fui a única a ser tratada com rispidez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro com eles há muitos anos, mas as últimas experiências foram MT ruins, paguei caro pelo cabelo loiro por saber q vale a qualidade e tive 3 problemas, na primeira vez a tela foi feita de forma errada e precisei refazer, perdi cabelo e comprimento, uma vez que o serviço não é terceirizado eles são responsáveis, ok o gerente conseguiu solucionar meu problema tapando o sol com a peneira, não deu em outra, precisei comprar mais cabelo já q eu queria mais longo e o que eu estava não estava da forma como eu gostaria...essas duas compras foram feitas em menos de 3 meses uma da outra.
Quem compra um cabelo na invisible tape não quer gastar com cabelo pelo menos durante uns 6 meses...Pois bem, o cabelo era mt ruim não durou nada e em menos de 4 meses eu fui comprar novamente troquei o cabelo todo, confiando na qualidade, paguei mais caro confiando novamente que dessa vez eles não iriam errar comigo...
Que decepção o cabelo na hora que sai da loja está lindo pq eles enchem de produtos, basta a primeira lavagem e o cabelo parece cabelo de boneca velha, e olha que eu sou super cuidadosa, mas o cabelo é tão ruim que realmente não tem solução. Realmente hj depois de tantos anos comprando e indicando eu não indico para mais ninguém !
Pior decepção que cabelo horroso
I bought with them for many years, but the last experiences were bad MT, I paid dearly for the blond hair because I know it is worth the quality and I had 3 problems, the first time the screen was made the wrong way and I had to redo it, I lost hair and length, since the service is not outsourced they are responsible, ok the manager managed to solve my problem by covering the sun with a sieve, it didn't work out, I had to buy more hair since I wanted longer and what I was in was not in shape as I would like ... these two purchases were made in less than 3 months from each other.
Whoever buys a hair on invisible tape does not want to spend on hair for at least 6 months ... Well, the hair was very bad it didn't last for less than 4 months and I went to buy it again, I changed my hair all over, trusting in the quality , I paid more dearly trusting again that this time they wouldn't go wrong with me ...
What a disappointment the hair when it leaves the store is beautiful because they fill with products, just the first wash and the hair looks like old doll hair, and look that I'm super careful, but the hair is so bad that it really has no solution . Actually today after so many years of buying and indicating I don’t recommend it to anyone else!

Essa empresa vende cabelo com menos quantidade e tamanho menor do que foi pago!.
Sou cliente antiga da loja, sempre comprei com a vendedora Marcela, porém por conta da pandemia, quem está atuando com as vendas é o dono da empresa que se chama Thuffy.
No dia 12/05/20 , realizei a compra via whastapp com o dono da empresa e solicitei 150g de cabelo loiro de 70 cm já na fita adesiva, fiz o depósito à vista no valor de 2175,00 reais.
Dia 14/05/20, foi entregue meu cabelo, porém não tinha uma balança em casa para conferir a quantidade da grama, então dei meu voto de confiança.
No dia 24/05, foi o dia da colocação do meu mega Hair, minha cabeleira levou a balança e para minha indignação o cabelo deu 138g ao invés de 150g.
Porém o peso foi realizado com o cabelo já na fita, então acredito que a diferença estava dando em média de 15 gramas a menos do que foi pago.
Também fiquei indignada com a diferença no comprimento do cabelo, pois eu comprei 70 cm e o cabelo que veio é de 60 cm.
Fiquei muito decepcionada e no mesmo dia entrei em contato com o dono Thuffy para entender o ocorrido, ele já foi dizendo que a balança que pesamos não era apropriada para cabelos e inventou um monte de desculpas para não me dá o restante da mercadoria que estava faltando. Ainda foi mal educado, pois eu disse que estava dentro da minha garantia e ele falou que eu passei do prazo dos 7 dias da lei do consumidor.
Porém, o prazo de 7 dias da lei do consumidor é para arrependimento e devolução do valor pago, o meu caso é diferente, veio produto faltando.
Após todo esse problema, solicitei minha nota fiscal e até hoje ele não enviou. Sumiu e não responde mais as minhas mensagens.
Além de tudo isso que ocorreu, me bloqueou no Instagram.
Essa empresa tem atitudes desonesta e só pensa no dinheiro ao invés da satisfação do cliente. !
Fica a dica, não comprem nesse lugar!!!

On 05/24, it was the day of placing my Mega Hair, my hair took the scale and to my indignation the hair gave 138g instead of 150g.
However the weight was done with the hair already on the ribbon, so I believe that the difference was an average of 15 grams less than what was paid.
I was also outraged by the difference in hair length, as I bought 70 cm and the hair that came is 60 cm.
I was very disappointed and the same day I contacted owner Thuffy to understand what happened, he was already saying that the scale we weigh was not suitable for hair and invented a lot of excuses for not giving me the rest of the merchandise that was missing . It was still rude, because I said it was within my warranty and he said that I passed the 7 day deadline of the consumer law.
However, the 7-day period of the consumer law is for repentance and refund of the amount paid, my case is different, the product was missing.
After all this problem, I asked for my invoice and until today it hasn't sent. It's gone and no longer responds to my messages.
In addition to everything that happened, it blocked me on Instagram.
This company has dishonest attitudes and only thinks about money instead of customer satisfaction. !
Here's the tip, don't buy in this place !!!
