Tem criancas, tem pessoas idosas, TODOS ficam esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você vai fazer exame não perguntam nada nem se vc tem plano de saúde ou não .Liguei três vezes antes de fazer o exame não me informaram nada fui de bexiga cheia e tive que voltar no outro dia pois não colhiam na hora barbaridade minha intuição falhou pois não fui informado levei no outro dia e enfrentar fila de novo para entregar que isso e errado o procedimento mas valeu nem tudo que se diz bom e tem seus defeitos e não aceitam ajuda..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Lei 10.048, de 2000, que dá prioridade de atendimento às pessoas com deficiência física, aos idosos com idade igual ou superior a 60 anos, gestantes, lactantes e pessoas acompanhadas por crianças de colo precisa ser cumprida por TODOS os estabelecimentos. O laboratório alega que seu público é formado, em sua maioria, por pessoas idosas. Mas a lei não é um direito apenas dos idosos. É lamentável ver que instituições de saúde ainda se neguem a cumprir a Lei pôr não terem capacidade de se organizar para atender da melhor forma as pessoas que têm DIREITOS garantidos por LEI. Me dá até vergonha esse tipo de coisa. Melhorem isso!
