★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida, o vestido alugado ficou ótimo e lindo, do jeito que eu queria. O valor do aluguel (está na média de diversos outros lugares), e os vestidos estão em ótimas condições. Tecido bom. Parece Novo.
 I was very well attended, the rented dress looked great and beautiful, just the way I wanted it. The value of the rent (it is in the average of several other places), and the dresses are in great conditions. Good fabric. It looks New.

Roupas mal cuidadas
Calcado nao foi posdivel usar porque estava tao velho que abriu todo e mesmo assim eles xoenscsram o sapato para uso.
Bad service.
Badly maintained clothes
Footwear was not possible to use because it was so old that it opened all the way and yet they xoenscsram the shoe for use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento do planeta!! Aluguei um traje para meu filho, paguei a vista no ato do aluguel, indiquei para dois sobrinhos que tb alugaram la. A falta de vontade de trabalhar era gritante e não esclareceram no dia a questão da data de devolução da roupa. A loja abre as 9 e fecha as 18, eu trabalho das 8:30 as 17:30. Só poderia ir no fim de semana. Mas ninguém avisou. Hoje ao devolver o terno a atendente foi extremamente grosseira, indelicada. Me recusei a pagar qualquer valor a mais e NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM. Tanta gente com vontade de trabalhar e colocam qualquer uma para dispensar um atendimento tão horroroso. Nota 0!!!
Não aluguem nessa loja... tenho ótimas lojas com atendimento muito melhor!
Worst service on the planet !! I rented a costume for my son, I paid the sight at the time of rent, I indicated to two nephews who also rented it. The lack of desire to work was stark and the question of the date of return of the clothes did not clarify the day. The store opens at 9 and closes at 6, I work from 8:30 to 17:30. I could only go on the weekend. But nobody warned. Today when returning the suit the attendant was extremely rude, impolite. I refused to pay any more and I DO NOT INDICATE TO ANYONE. So many people willing to work and put anybody to dispense with such horrendous service. Note 0 !!!
Do not rent in this store ... I have great stores with much better service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendem bem mas, muito ruim de negociação, tivemos problemas com as roupas alugadas, foram encontrados alfinetes no vestido pensei que foi apenas 1 Mas minha esposa confirmou ter encontrado mais alfinetes no vestido e quase se acidentou durante o evento. Muita falta de responsabilidade e atenção também.
They serve well but, really bad negotiation, we had problems with the rented clothes, pins were found in the dress I thought it was only 1 But my wife confirmed that she found more pins in the dress and almost had an accident during the event. A lot of lack of responsibility and attention too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do procedimento da costura, encontrei vários alfinetes em casa e mais na igreja.Tive que usar a alça do vestido folgada porque a costureira apertou demais.
E não tinha mais tempo de fazer nada, a barra do vestido ficou horrível. Isso porque somos clientes.
Nunca mais alugo nessa loja.
I didn't like the sewing procedure, I found several pins at home and more at church. I had to wear the dress strap loose because the seamstress tightened it too much.
And I didn't have time to do anything anymore, the hem of the dress was horrible. That's because we are customers.
I never rent at this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vestidos ficam amontoados e são bem mal apresentados. Ninguém ajuda a escolher. Os vestidos não possuem capas. Aparência da loja ruim. Não tive nem ânimo de olhar muitos...tem muito vestido judiado também. Precisam melhorar a apresentação e desapegar ou arrumarem os vestidos muito velhos.
The dresses are piled up and are poorly presented. Nobody helps to choose. Dresses do not have capes. Bad store appearance. I didn't even have the courage to look at many...there's a lot of bad dress too. They need to improve the presentation and let go or fix the very old dresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu só tenho elogios para com todas as meninas, aluguei a roupa para minha filha de debutante e o terno para meu enteado. Fui muito orientada, tiveram muita paciência com minha filha quanto a escolha do vestido, assim como muitas dicas que fizeram toda diferença para que o momento fosse inesquecível.
Obrigada a todas vocês.
Eu super indico ?, preço e qualidade num só lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo como uma loja que podia ser muito boa consegue ser tão ruim.
Funcionários tem um desânimo misturado com preguiça que a gente até desacredita.Mas quando nega a hora de negociar com a Dona da loja está explicado, o mulher ruim de negociar,trata a todos como se estivesse fazendo fazer,ZERO carisma.
Quanto às roupas é o seguinte no caso das mulheres se algum vestido não te servir esquece ,elas não fazem nenhum ajuste.
Meus irmãos alugaram ternos que horror na festa foram colocar o celular no bolso foi direto para o chão. A dona alegou que é assim mesmo,estranho pq meu marido alugou e estava normal?.
Agora homens fiquem atentos caso optem pelos sapatos,meu irmão optou pelo sapato da loja,experimentou no dia da retirada tudo certo,mas por organização delas trocaram o número e pior um de cada número. Imaginem a cena na hora de ir para festa ele com sapato maior e de numeração diferente.
Querem saber a desculpa da loja?
"O sapato não é cobrado. "
Não vale a pena ,existem mais lojas perto dali mesmo bem melhor tanto nas roupas como no atendimento
I don't understand how a store that could be very good can be so bad.
Employees have a discouragement mixed with laziness that we even discredit. But when they deny the time to negotiate with the owner of the store it is explained, the bad woman to negotiate, treats everyone as if she were doing it, ZERO charisma.
As for clothes, for women, if a dress doesn't fit you, forget it, they don't make any adjustments.
My brothers rented suits that horror at the party went to put the cell phone in their pocket went straight to the floor. The owner claimed that's how it is, strange because my husband rented it and it was normal?.
Now men, be careful if you choose the shoes, my brother chose the store's shoes, he tried on the day of withdrawal, everything was fine, but for their organization they changed the number and worse one of each number. Imagine the scene when he goes to a party with bigger shoes and a different size.
Want to know the store's excuse?
"The shoe is not charged."
It's not worth it, there are more stores close by, even much better in terms of clothes and service.
