★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet péssima, trava toda hora, se tá assistindo alguma coisa fica caindo. Meu modem fica na sala, no meu quarto a internet já não funciona. Esse mês mesmo já vou cancelar, não compensa e não indico a ninguém, um serviço que você paga mas não recebe corretamente por ele. Não merece nem uma estrela tá cada vez pior e os telefones não funcionam.
Bad internet, it crashes all the time, if you're watching something, it keeps dropping. My modem is in the living room, in my room the internet no longer works. This month I'm going to cancel, it doesn't pay and I don't recommend it to anyone, a service you pay for but don't receive correctly for it. It doesn't even deserve a star it's getting worse and the phones don't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço ruim. Internet não funciona, TV horrível. A fala não está no mesmo tempo da imagem. Fiquei 15 minutos ouvindo musiquinha no atendimento e desisti. Eu ligo falo o problema e a atendente disse que resolveu remotamente porém meia hora depois voltam todos os mesmos problemas.
Poor service. Internet does not work, TV horrible. The speech is not at the same time as the image. I spent 15 minutes listening to music at the service and gave up. I call, tell me the problem and the attendant said it solved it remotely, but half an hour later all the same problems come back.

A única ainda a não ter aqui, péssimo atendimento, internet de qualidade horrível, não indico a ninguém já estou saindo dessa ?Devia ser denunciada sempre no 1331 da Anatel, pela má qualidade do serviço prestado. Devia está doido quando diz isso aí...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bairro Vila Isa era com fibra ótica e perfeita, mas no bairro Vila Bretas é muito ruim. O atendimento era bom, mas está horrível! Meia hora para conseguir conversar com o suporte técnico (pelo menos eles são educados). Por vezes não consigo baixar o boleto para pagamento já que eles não anexam ele no e-mail e o site deles costuma ficar fora do ar, aí tenho que tentar o atendimento via whatsapp que demora a te responder, isso é, quando te respondem no mesmo dia.
In the Vila Isa neighborhood it was fiber optic and perfect, but in the Vila Bretas neighborhood it is very bad. The service was good, but it's horrible! Half an hour to get in touch with tech support (at least they're polite). Sometimes I can't download the payment slip since they don't attach it to the email and their website is usually down, then I have to try the service via whatsapp that takes a long time to respond to you, that is, when they answer you on same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço dessa empresa por R$69,90 mensal. Preciso cancelar para viajar nos próximos dias devido a questões de saúde. Para cancelar, estão me cobrando uma multa de R$800,00 devido ao período de 12 meses.
Esse valor é absurdo! Se eu permanecer com a internet sairá menor os meus custos durante os 12 meses! Falta de respeito com o consumidor!
Preciso cancelar por motivos maiores e colocam essa situação para me prejudicar.
I hired the service of this company for R$69.90 monthly. I need to cancel to travel in the next few days due to health concerns. To cancel, they are charging me a fine of R$800.00 due to the 12 month period.
This amount is absurd! If I keep the internet, my costs will be lower during the 12 months! Lack of respect for the consumer!
I need to cancel for bigger reasons and they put this situation to harm me.
