Os atendentes super mal educado e ignorantes. Procurem outra clĂnica pq essa Ă© um descaso.
 Terrible attendance. Worse than SUS.

Poor service, does not respect the patient the person gets there at 9am leaves late because they only have a doctor attending 100 people and not to mention that the value is the same thing of clinics without plan. Terrible I don't tell anyone.

â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo, mal organizado, funcionĂĄrios ficam com conversas paralelas entre si e esquecem totalmente da gente. O telefone toca o tempo todo, e mesmo que tenha alguĂ©m ao lado, o mesmo nĂŁo Ă© atendido. Apesar de tudo isso, os dentistas sĂŁo Ăłtimos.
Lousy service, poorly organized, employees have parallel conversations with each other and completely forget about us. The phone rings all the time, and even if someone is there, it is not answered. Despite all this, dentists are great.

â â â â â 2hrs pra ser atendida para um exame particular, marcado com dias de antecedĂȘncia para uma senhora de 71 anos de idade. Isso Ă© muito sĂ©rio, nĂŁo falo somente pela minha mĂŁe,mas tambĂ©m pelas outras pessoas que chegam com hora de antecedĂȘncia e ficam a esperar mais de horas para serem atendidas.
2hrs to be seen for a private exam, scheduled days in advance for a 71 year old lady. This is very serious, not only for my mother, but also for other people who arrive hours in advance and wait more than hours to be seen.

â â â â â Ă uma Ăłtima clĂnica, por as pessoas optarem ela sempre estĂĄ lotada o que acaba por demorar um pouco a ser atendida na consulta, mas nunca vi ninguĂ©m deixar de ser atendido e sempre atendem as minhas ligaçÔes. Faço manutenção de aparelho e o doutor Thompson Ă© maravilhoso, jĂĄ escutei muitas coisas boas e ouvi muitos relatos de pessoas que terminaram o plano odontolĂłgico com ele. Continuem assim.
It's a great clinic, because people choose it, it's always full, which ends up taking a while to be attended to at the appointment, but I've never seen anyone fail to be attended to and they always answer my calls. I do braces maintenance and Dr Thompson is wonderful, I've heard many good things and heard many reports from people who ended their dental plan with him. Keep it up.
